We unfortunately had a house fire and we needed a place to stay. They have been so helpful. They are making our stay perfect and we appreciate them. They are affordable, they accepted our doggies. The kids get to escape and play in the pool.

The bathroom door would not shut, the walkway by the pool was unsafe, water pressure was good in the shower, asked for non-smoking room but it did still smell a little smoky might be the ventilation between rooms.

We were there for one night after Hurricane Helene devastated that entire area of Florida. The hotel was not damaged that we could see and our night gave us much-needed rest. The staff was courteous and helpful, both on the phone before arrival and on arrival.

a day in Levy County

we like to visit small towns with nature trails Chiefland has quite a few. Fanning, and Manatee springs and Swannee state parks Excellent trails for everyone. We also ate in Fowler's Bluff treasure camp restaurant right on the Swannee River. Great food and wonderful service

When we got to the room, looked good. Looked! One bed had blood on the sheets,the other had hair in it. Then my wife come out of the bathroom with no socks on and and she got long hair and alot of it on her feet. Clearly the floor was as dirty as the beds. And when you move on the beds you could probably hear them outside!

Needs some work done.

The room needed a deep clean or possibly even a renovation. There was a lingering smell of smoke, which was unpleasant. The bathroom felt outdated and didn’t give a sense of cleanliness. One of the provided rags was stained, which was concerning. On a positive note, the breakfast was okay — nothing exceptional, but it did the job.
