This hotel has an excellent location right off the highway and walkable to many restaurants and businesses. The breakfast was a highlight; both hot and cold options. The staff were also lovely. The hotel condition itself is a little worn down and the room wasn’t super clean.

Area is not great. Room was okay. Didn’t get the breakfast. Staff was totally fine. You get what you pay for, it’s affordable.

The property is in very bad shape. The door was broken, the hair dryer didn't work, and only one plug that worked by the bed. All night there was a tapping noise in the walls. All night. The check in staff was professional, and the cleaning crew did the best they could with what they have to work with. Very unsafe place.

Nice enough I would stay again!

I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was set back from the main road and I heard no road noise. I really heard no hotel noise either. The exterior is nothing special and was a bit hesitatnt the inside would be grim but it was clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable. The refrig and microwave were clean. The hotel is older but is well maintained and the bathroom layout was good. I dislike stale smoke odor and there was none. The heating and cooling was fairly quiet. It was perfect for an inexpensive, 3 day, solo stay.

Did the trick for what we needed. The hotel is dated and smells a bit musty (mostly in the hallways) but cleanliness wasn’t an issue. The staff was great, but the breakfast was mediocre. No particular complaints.

Booked as an overnight for traveling to our destination. Room was just OK. Tub was old and filthy. Tried to warm up coffee in the microwave, and the microwave locked and could not open. One of the exit doors did not lock properly. Had difficulty in using remote for television. staff were very nice. The cover on the back of the toilet was missing and there was just a piece of plastic laying over it. There was nail polish all over the bathroom counter. The lamps on the bedside stand were rusted and dirty. Management needs to put some money into the place to update it, clean it, and make it safer by fixing the exit door.

The tub was clogged and filled with a couple of inches of water each time you showered, the lock on the door was not working and it took a day and a half to have it fixed, there was empty soda bottles and chip bags left in the stairwell that remained there for 2 days. On the bright side, the staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast provided was excellent.

My stay here at true Hilton was amazing! What made it amazing was your staff. From the front desk two food service for breakfast ,housekeeping, I wrote a couple of reviews using the QR code in the elevator however, one of them didn’t get put through. I don’t know much about technology so I don’t know what happened so I’m writing here and I would like to make sure that the staff members get the recognition for going over and beyond their duties to assist me in my stay here. I am 68 years old a retired nurse recently in the hospital I’m from the state of Rhode Island. I grew up here in Chicopee so I know the friendliness the personality of people in this area. They’re very outgoing, kind, and helpful on a normal basis, but when I encountered here was true empathy and compassion for a fellow human being that had to be away from home. Well, just getting out of the hospital seriously you’ll and coming for a family members funeral my brother. ANA, front desk employee was above and beyond helpful to me kind and very compassionate assisting me to my room, bringing me towels talking with me or just listening to me when I would come in and out in my travails. I had a fractured ankle in a boot to fractured ribs, fractured vertebrae from osteoporosis, and it made it very hard to walk and move. I’ve been a nurse 40 years used to doing everything myself and taking care of others so this was such a helpful employee. Edwin was also very kind to me went over and beyond in the breakfast buffet
