Excellent place to rest. near everything. The attention is very good. the infrastructure is modern. the only thing that goes against it is the little space to park if you go with your own vehicle. For the rest, I would stay there again. Thank you so much for everything.

1. Cuando llegue la Tv estaba en mal estado. Pedi que me cambiaran de habitacion para poder ver tv y descansar y me dijeron que un tecnico ya subia a solucionarlo ya que no habian mas habitaciones, que era algo de programacion. Subieron 3 personas y era la tv que ya por vieja estaba en mal estado. Cuando solicite un descuento en la estadia, milagrosamente ya habia espacio en otra habitacion. 2. NO TE DEJAN DORMIR...utilice el parqueo del lugar y me dijeron que ahi podia quedar sin moverlo, a las 10pm me despertaron para moverlo de lugar... 3. Pague con cash, no tenian el cambio, pregunte varias veces y me fueron dando el dinero del cambio a pagos y en el check out no tenian el resto aun, ni modo, ahi tuve que dejar parte de mi dinero...como un hotel serio no tiene cambio si mas bien te solicitan que pagas con efectivo... 4. Desayuno Buffet, casi no habia nada, cafe frio, leche a pedirla por aparte, mal sabor, rescatable las frutas y el yogurt... Lo Rescatable?, lugar tranquilo en la zona, no comparado con el centro.... Recomendacion, BUSQUEN OTRAS OPCIONES...

Se tuvo que reclamar toallas de baño y de mano, las toallas deshilachándose por viejas. Para 2 personas dejaron un sachet de Champú y uno de acondicionador y una única barrita de jabón. Habitaciones imposibles de oscurecer y muy ruidosas porque la ventana da al corredor de habitaciones.

No sirve el elevador

Llegue al hotel, y me comentaron que no tenían registrada mi reservación, que me tenían que cobrar como si fuera reservación nueva El estacionamiento es muy pequeño, no cabía el auto, lo tuve que dejar estacionado en la calle Se quedaron con mi licencia de conducir, para sacarle copia y no me la regresaron, salí de la ciudad, y tuve que regresar al recogerla Por último, no servia el Elevador!!! Tuve que subir con las maletas por las escaleras al tercer piso, muy mal

Do not recommend

Travelled for work. Got a room with window towards the hallway and was very loud. Moved to a room with a window towards the street, but the window was broken and was also very loud. Was not able to rest throughout my 3 nights there. The parking is also way too small for the small car I was driving. Location-wise also not so practical. Do not recommend.
