When i asked for the same drink in a bottle he replied by saying no glass containers near the pool which is safer but them were getting glass bottles so he had no choice but to give the same sarvice but he wasn't happy.. so treating others better is wrong you as Guatemalan must respect people of all walks of life .paying customers deserve that."

"The hotel staff could barely speak English, and the room cooling system was only a very small fan. The pool was extremely dirty and contaminated, and it was completely unusable. The hotel breakfast was acceptable, but unfortunately the staff were not properly trained at all. Most of the bed sheets had dirty stains on them, and the bathroom ceiling was full of ants."

"Highly recommend staying here in San Juan! It's a bit off the beaten path so it's quiet and peaceful but still super close to everything. The included breakfast was great. They have their own private dock to make for easier travel after your stay. I wish I had known I could use that when I got here! The balcony was absolutely stunning and I ended up relaxing here much more than anticipated. They also have kayaks you can use on the property."
