Everything was decent for the price that was paid. Clean room, however did not have hot water.. tried taking a shower and was only cold water. Turned to the hottest setting and was still cold.. otherwise everything was great, check-in and out was quick. Thank you.

Very easy and fast check in. A little weird that the security latch had been filed off but was pretty quite night. Bathroom was cool with a timed heat light and nice sized tub. We'd stay again if ever in the Chicago area

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Just from the moment i walked in and was greeted by the staff my experience was phenomenal. I was given a room in the first floor. The room was very clean i really enjoyed this day at the hotel due to the cleanliness and how quiet it was when i returned back from my Party. I highly recommend this and we'll return back again.

Exactly how it was pictured. Carpets a bit worn, but clean. No room service. Night desk, very friendly. The breakfast, not much of a choice and shut down at 8am. I needed another hour.

I don’t want to say good things because this place will be flooded with people ruining my peace when I am there. 😝. This hotel is a treasure. It is clean, convenient, has wonderful staff(especially the night staff), the beds were comfortable and clean. I have zero complaints.

The staff was very nice. The place was very clean. I have seen places that cost more money yet they have the outside looking very dirty and full of homeless drug addicts. This is not one of those places. The rooms aren’t huge but for the price and peace of mind….it is worth every penny. My new favorite place.

Nice 3 night stay

The a/c was nice but in a small way; excessive: this powerful vent directly across the hall from my door was like opening a door to a hurricane in your face! The shower floor was slippery and a fall risk and lacked a mat of any kind. Breakfast was excellent! Staff was great as well! Still uncertain if my Hilton honors number was applied to my stay???

Front desk person was good. Very friendly. Place was outdated. Tv was weirdly high near the ceiling and very small (like 28 or 32 in). It did have a weird smell in the room but nothing too strong. Breakfast was 5am to 8am which is too early i think when check out is 11am. Overall I would rate it a 4/10.

Breakfast included is a scam because it’s served from 5:00 am to 8:00 am, ridiculous. Checkout is at 11:00 am and at 10:55 the host was banging at my door screaming “checkout”. We arrived one day around 10:00 pm and the staff was cooking in the lobby and the whole place smelled disgusting like curry and cumin! This place is ONLY to literally go to sleep. The area has several options for dinning and it’s around 30-40 min to Navy Pier/Riverwalk area. The cleanliness was ok… but definitely needs more improvement! They also asked for a $50 deposit at check in. Never coming back.

This hotel definitely has photos that make you think the property is much nicer than what it was in person. It’s definitely older and a little run down. The beds and bathrooms were clean if you didn’t look too closely. Rooms are much much smaller in person and the furniture was old and stained. Odd smell when you walk in from the lobby all the way up to the rooms. Bathroom tub didn’t drain well so whenever you shower you have to stand in the tub filled half way. Overall it was cost effective since we booked a bit last minute but if you’re looking to go to downtown Chicago every day it’s a long trek. You would need to walk to a bus stop or Uber to the Rosemont Blue Line station. The breakfast is from 5-8am and it’s only bagels and a pancake machine. Wouldn’t stay here again because it just didn’t feel as clean and nice as it showed online but if you need a very cheap stay and don’t mind an hour travel to downtown it’s a good option.
