We enjoyed our quick stay in a bright, updated and clean 2-bedroom with kitchen. The location was perfect for a quick stopover after arriving in Union Station on the Empire Builder. Beds were comfy, kitchen was helpful and there were several good take out options nearby - we chose Beggar’s Pizza. Being able to rest and refresh in such a comfortable and convenient spot after a 48 hour train ride was a welcome treat! I’d stay here again the next time I’m visiting my company’s nearby Chicago office.

My wife and I were visiting Chicago. This property was perfect for our stay. The location is in the center of West Loop. We loved that the apartment is renovated and had a kitchen/laundry. The staff was super attentive and check in was smooth. We will definitely be staying again in the future!

Location - Awesome - 5 stars Safety - Poor - No body up front, allows people with food in unchecked. No Parking with in .4 Miles - They did not tell us no parking for cars. Had to walk .4 miles for parking. It's AirBnB, not a hotel. Girl on her phone sitting by the stairs is the check in crew. She is only their for a few hours in the afternoon.

Wow! Will be our “go to” whenever we visit Chicago! Love this hidden gem so conveniently located and is exactly like it shows in online pictures. Tucked between iconic Lou Mitchell’s diner and Burger King and just one easy block from Amtrak’s Union Station with all modes of city transit just steps away ( CTA city buses, taxis, subway and the “L”). Friendly and welcoming staff. Awesome apartment (thru Expedia) - 400 sq ft apartment just one block from Amtrak Union Station with full kitchen (with dishes, toaster, coffee maker, etc), small living room, separate bedroom, large bathroom (with tub & shower), hairdryer & all bath/shampoo/conditioner, iron/ironing board, dishwasher, and even an in-room washer/dryer (and they supply laundry pods too!). And… they even have FREE storage lockers for use if you want to sightsee in the city after checkout time (ask staff to extend time on entry code to allow you back in the building after sightseeing fun).

Location is good. Cleaning staff are great. On the other hand, the company managing this building is horrible. Had an issue with the TV in the room not working as soon as we checked in. Contacted whoever the manager was to resolve the issue & I didnt get a response till the day, which i found hilarious. No consideration whatsoever for people traveling long hours & paying for a stay where you assume everything works given the price youre paying. Also, the walls here are super thin & you can hear everything above you including footsteps which unfortunately for us went on all night. I honestly dont usually leave reviews, but given our experience & how passive the manager(s) are here, its necessary. This place comes off gimmicky, & I would never book here again.
