"The photos make this property look a lot better than the reality. The reality is that the house is very tired and in need of TLC. The entire place stank of bleach when we arrived, yet simple things like cobwebs and dirty cupboard doors had not been cleaned. Half eaten and opened food from previous guests had been left in the cupboards. Bugs were found in one bed. Packets of rizla were found by our children in the garden on the furniture. "The booking process was easy so we assumed this would be a good stay. This was not so. We didn't hear from the owner on how to gain entry to the property until we were travelling there (6 hour drive away) to wish the keys were left for anyone to gain access and available after the check in time of 3pm, good job we weren't on time.
