"The booking process was easy so we assumed this would be a good stay. This was not so. We didn't hear from the owner on how to gain entry to the property until we were travelling there (6 hour drive away) to wish the keys were left for anyone to gain access and available after the check in time of 3pm, good job we weren't on time. It looked like the place hadn't been cleaned in weeks with hair and stains all over the floor downstairs. Two of the three bed linens had stains on the them! It stated...

"The property is just as advertised. In fact, we found the lounge/ kitchen area to be bigger than we thought from the pics and 7 of us sat around quite happily. We parked at New Market car park and this was only 46.00 for 4 nights. The bedrooms contained only beds...no hanging space. Some were more comfortable than others. Having three bathrooms plus a separate toilet was great. The dual carriageway was very noisy and the house was creaky! We didnt use our cars at all. It was the perfect...
