"Parking was easy and the room keys never had a glitch. Front desk and breakfast attendant were both friendly to talk with. Everything had been remodeled nicely, ice machine was very clean and the pool wasn't over chlorinated and instant hot water in the shower. "

"This was one of the most carefully and well-equipped VRBOs I've stayed at. I cooked a lot and virtually every spice, condiment and cooking utensil I could have wanted was there. The towels and amenities in the bathroom were high quality and plentiful. The views of the Colorado front range are stunning because the house is at the very edge of a large subdivision and sight lines are unimpeded. We were there for a week in the winter, so didn't get to enjoy the beautiful patio.The pull-out futon in the living area is really only suitable for a child, but the two bedrooms are beautiful with great linens and tasteful decor. I drew the short straw and didn't have a bedroom so I slept on the couch, which was surprisingly comfortable. I would definitely stay at Ryan and Matt's again if there were only two beds needed. "
