It's only 5 mins walk from subway station, clean, and great staff. Only thing was the bar isn't the type you expected where you can hang out and have a drink, most the time it's not open day time or no bartender, just a server with a ipad take your drink order and I felt like I was the only one in there, but it is China the lifestyle of social is very different.

Excellent service and comfort

The Kempinski was a wonderful hotel with large clean rooms, great location close to the Metro and excellent service. It also has a large pool area and gymnasium and a delicious buffet breakfast for all nationalities.

Nice staffs. Nice location too. However, need to make very sure what type of room you booked. I booked the nonsmoking room, but while I checked in, I was told I booked smoking and only smoking room left. Fortunately, I have reservation shows nonsmoking and insist to have nonsmoking. Counter told me that Hotels.com did not shows that, so their record was smoking room. Do not know if what he told me is true.

仕事で２泊利用しました。満足の滞在でした。 部屋も広く、ベッドも広くて寝心地がよく、エアコンもきちんと利いていました。 シャワーの温度調節は目盛りと温度にズレがあって少し戸惑いましたが、しつこく回していると最終的には、適温に調節できました。 冷蔵庫の中のソフトドリンク（コーラやお茶、水等）も無料で飲んでいいということで、お得感がありました。 朝食は利用していないのでわかりません。 築年数が経っているため古さを感じさせる部分もありますが、気になるほどではないと思います。 清潔感もありサービスもよかったです。 周辺には何もないので、タクシーで移動してました。 フロントでタクシーを頼むとすぐにきてくれます。タクシー代も安くて、空港までは、15分程度で40元でした。 ２泊して1,566元でしたが、デポジットで2,500元は高いかなと感じましたが、中国ではそういうものなのかもしれません。 次回も滞在したいと思います。
