The staff was very nice and friendly. Location was convenient to interstate and sights I wanted to visit. Room was very nice. Only problem I ran into was when we returned to the room in the evenings, there were homeless people hanging around hotel and sitting on stairs. Didn’t like this.

Nice for the cost

It looks like this hotel is closing: building materials in the entrance, a portion of the parking lot is fenced off with heavy machinery; pool was closed. The beds were very comfy and the a/c worked well (a must for me). Lots of activity during the night (not the hotels fault) with car alarms and suircases rolling above us. We could even hear conversations right outside.

The stay was fine, but the area was sketchy. Lots of nonresidents around. Breakfast was horrible. Even coffee was not good. But the place did the trick. We just needed a place to sleep and a bathroom. Both of those were fine.

I would not do a reservation ever again at this place. It was dirty the bathroom and the light fixtures. It looked sketchy. You could smell marihuana in the hallway. The pool wasn't working this was a big bummer. Trash on the stairs and trash cans overflowed.

The staff was friendly. However, the toilet in Room 139 made a loud screening sound when flushed and did not stop until handle was raised. The lock on the bathroom door looked as if it had been kicked in, the walls behind the bathroom door needed to be cleaner with two much chalking in places, showed its age. The light over the vanity would not come on rght away, if took hours before it worked. The doors under the vanity had been boarded up and I'm not sure of the reason. I have stayed at other Quality Inns and have been very pleased. The other room, even though I did not see inside was reportedly to have been good.

Homeless people hang out and sleep in parking lot, pool was closed, air conditioning did not work in room, poor water pressure, breakfast only had waffles and coffee.. no juice. Will not ever stay again. If you have children, do not stay here!!! Homeless people scared my daughter bc they are everywhere!

The door handle/locking mechanism on our room was loose and difficult to operate. The lighting over the sink failed immediately after we turned it on for the first time. The primary reason for this review concerns the breakfast provided with the room. Breakfast is from 6 - 10. On the day of departure, being on a tight schedule, we loaded the car and arrived at 6 for breakfast. The breakfast area was dark. The clerk at the front desk apologized but said that he had been to busy to set up breakfast. We had to leave without.

Booked the hotel because it listed that it had a pool. However, when I arrived I was told the pool has been closed for over 2 years. It was disappointing as I selected this economy hotel over another one nearby specifically because this one was listed to have a pool. A bigger problem was that after my 2 night stay I got a ton of bedbug bites. I guess there is a chance it was mosquitoes… but around 30 bites that look like bedbug ones are probably bedbug ones. Also light by the sink didn’t work. And the drain in bathtub was very slow drain. Otherwise the place was alright. Looked clean, no smells. Simple and economy. The bedbugs though… kind of can’t believe it’s even open with that problem.

The woman with the nasty unreasonable attitude

My wife and I are currently handicapped I'm using a walker she's using a cane we were in a extremely bad accident involving a logging truck about 10 days ago we reserved this room before we arrived a hundred some dollars off of our cash app card pretty much all the cash we had spin upon reaching the front desk my wife went in because she could get in faster than I could with the Walker so she was basically turned away by Leticia your front desk monster and I say monster cuz she didn't have to be like that especially when my wife finally told her we already paid for the room and reserved it on hotels.com but because our ID said Chattanooga and not 50 miles outside of Chattanooga she told my wife there's nothing she could do and she could go ahead and find the door and basically like that with an attitude my wife come out tears in her eyes balling we spent about 45 minutes trying to figure out what was going to do finally I went in there to talk to her when she did finally do what was right in spite of our handicap which will be probably that way for about 6 months to a year is how bad the accident was in spite that I'm on a walker and my wife has a kane she says that we still be on the second floor in the back even though they had a lot of rooms open downstairs and she was really indignant and at that point she acted like she was doing us a favor. The room was clean but the air conditioner was horrible and the bathroom floor was wet and carpet was soaked. Extremelyuncomfort

There were cigarette butts all over the place. The window sill had dead bugs everywhere. There were multiple cars with people just sitting in them throughout the parking lot and it felt very uncomfortable. There were people coming and going through a hole in a fence to an abandoned building.

Customer service lacking and no food at breakfast

We arrived at 11 pm. The worker was not dressed in any Comfort Inn apparel and I thought he was a guest. He was on the phone and continued his conversation throughout my checking experience. It was a personal call . He did not take my id and he just handed me my key. I had to ask where the room was located. In the morning breakfast was supposed to be from 6-10. We arrived at 9 am to no food at all.

The room we had was dirty! Beds were Lumpy and hard we were unable to sleep the entire night! Carpet was so dirty that our feet immediately blackened! Bathroom was dirty not only on floor but the baseboards were THiCK with dirt and grime. We Did NOT shower or bathe The bathtub was terrible! The Air quality in room was so bad that we were all coughing and short of breath. I have COPD and we Do NOT smoke and we’re in a Smoke Free room! All we smelled was cigarette smoke!!! We felt UNSAFE as we were in the far back of the hotel in a construction area!!! We Checked Out a Day Early after a Sleepless Night!!
