Good location, comfortable and convenient

Overall, this is a really nice hotel, what you would expect from Hampton Inn. It's conveniently located, with a couple restaurants in walking distance and a lot more within 5 miles. Breakfast was really good, and the service was wonderful. We only had 2 complaints. The mini fridge in our room didn't work very well. Unfortunately, we didn't catch it in time to save our food. We thought it had been turned up between guests, so we just turned the temperature back down and didn't check it until the following evening, when we found everything warm. At that point we threw the food away and then let the desk associate know as we were checking out. This could happen anywhere, so I only mention it to suggest that maybe these should be checked by the hotel from time to time? The other minor thing was that the bed had the worst pillows ever. First, there were 4 standard size pillows on a king bed...which does make a difference. It wouldn't have been so bad if the pillows weren't so flat and uncomfortable. Again, pretty minor, but not what we've experienced at other Hampton Inns.

Good Hixson hotel

We stay here whenever we are in Hixson. Clean, convenient and quiet. Friendly staff. Decent breakfast, considering Covid restrictions.

Great hotel near Hixson and Chattanooga

The hotel was clean, the bed was comfortable and the room had a nice ambience. They have a nice free breakfast including hot foods and a waffle maker along with a selection of breads, cereals and fruit. The hotel is located next to good shopping and eating places. We'll stay there again.

the hotel. is good, it is about 10 minutes from the downtown and offers free breakfast, and now for the .covid the cleaning of the.room.by.request and it has free parking in the end, excellent hotel

Nice hotel and very clean. The only thing I didn’t like was that there didn’t seem to be much of a sound barrier between rooms and even outside. I could hear traffic and sirens like they were right in my room all night.

A Gem…quiet, friendly, easy parking.

Great property. Friendly, professional staff. Hey, this hotel genuinely cares that your stay is perfect. Clean, quiet, comfortable. A real buffet hit breakfast- so much better than the muffin in a bag you get at most properties. Definitely would stay again. Very close to restaurants and shopping.

The hotel was clean and comfortable and staff was very friendly. It is a bit dated and could use some updating but overall a good experience. Hotels in Chattanooga are crazy expensive so we were happy to find this one at a more reasonable price point.

Would not stay here again.

This is a clean, safe place to stay - but no guarantee that you will get to sleep. We were assigned a room that is an adjoining room - double check to make sure you do NOT have one. There is a large gap at the bottom of the adjoining doors so that when the people who have booked the adjoining room come in tipsy at 1 am and stumble around - it is like they are in the room with you. Or the next night - when a man and his 8-10 year old son comes in at 3 am and play video games until 5 am - it is like they are in the room with you. You can’t turn the fan on to help drown out the noise. It was like staying at an upscale motel for people who rent by the hour. Did it warrant a call to the front desk for security? No. The hotel should have noise barriers between the doors of adjoining rooms. The breakfast was also stingy - we opted to go to McDonalds and cut our losses.

Good Hixson hotel

We have stayed at this location before but this was our first hotel stay since COVID began. Upon check-in, you are asked whether you want daily room service or not. Our room was fine but we weren’t able to get the top floor, which is our usual preference. The door had a seal on it, stating the room had been sanitized. Room appeared clean. Bed was comfortable but pillows too soft. AC worked well. Bathroom was nice except grout had fallen out at the bottom of the shower, which allowed water behind the prefab wall (we let management know about this). Breakfast was limited and served to you, rather than buffet style, due to COVID. Staff members we confronted were all pleasant. Location is good.

The property was clean, quiet, and convenient. The staff was friendly and helped with a good recommendation for supper. The only disappointment was the “breakfast “; breads and stuff you add milk or hot water to. I was hopeful for a little more. But, hey, there are plenty of other places to eat breakfast.

Very nice NEW condition hotel. Family friendly, no contractors. Pay the extra $15-$20 per night to stay here per other hotels in the area, it’s worth it. You actually get what you pay for.

Hotel clean and comfortable

Super clean and really nicely decorated. Very friendly at check in. Beds and pillows were super comfortable and although the hotel was pretty full it was nice and quiet. Hotel in a bit of an odd commercial area but pretty close to the interstate. Breakfast could have been better it was handed out by staff and the only choice was French toast or mini bagel with sausage. No cream cheese for the bagels and no eggs offered at all. This is the only let down of a very nice hotel.
