Escape to Downtown Chattanooga! This professionally decorated upscale home is absolutely beautiful! Situated in a quaint neighborhood off South Broad Street. Featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, living room, work area with desk, and a second sitting area. Home includes two single rollaway beds (250lb capacity) offering the ability to accommodate up to 6 guests! High end furnishings and plush bedding make this home more enjoyable! Walkable to some of the best restaurants Chattanooga has to offer.
**Pet friendly - We welcome up to two small well behaved dogs (20 pound max each) provided that pets are disclosed at the time of booking and pet fee paid. We know you will enjoy the beautiful views of historic buildings, Lookout Mountain and Ruby Falls. Take a walk or rent a bike and ride to the riverfront!

Away from the hustle & bustle

We very much enjoyed our first visit to Chattanooga & were pleasantly surprised at the party atmosphere of downtown Chattanooga. The neighborhood where the condo was located was quiet, compared to the hustle of downtown, & a pleasure to come back to each day. The condo was nicely equipped & the washer/dryer was easy to use/convenient. It was a bit difficult to locate our condo unit due to one-way streets. Word of advice - arrive before dark!

Wonderful weekend discovering Chattanooga

The property was as advertised and in a very convenient location for us to enjoy attractions on the west side as well as closer to the downtown area. The process to reserve the property went smoothly and information was passed swiftly. Location, Location, Location

Absolutely phenomenal stay! This VRBO is within a 10/15 min drive (mostly shorter) to Ruby Falls, Lookout Mountain, Rock City, The Incline, and the Children’s Museum (and probably lots more that we didn’t visit this time around). At times you have to sacrifice the location or the booking, however, neither were sacrifices here. In addition to the location, our host was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area and offered many suggestions on things to do in the area as well as restaurant recommendations. We couldn’t have asked for more and glad we landed such a remarkable deal!

Perfect accommodation for our family weekend

In town for college graduation. The set up was perfect for my husband and I and our adult children who came to attend. The neighborhood is quiet and convenient with easy access to the interstate, the downtown area and lookout mountain. The home was comfortable and exceptionally clean. Presently there are not a lot of walkable restaurants/bars nearby, but based upon the new construction and development in the area, they are probably forthcoming. I would not hesitate to return to this property.

Convenient location great for pets

The best feature was the close vicinity (just a bridge) from downtown and northshore. The check in process was quick and efficient and Donna was also promplty available for any additional questions. There's also many grassy areas for walks with your pet and the neighborhood os well lit at night. Th. Cleanliness could have been better at the flooors were dirty and the bedroom ac vents were moldy. Overall it was a good place for our short stay

Great location, clean & stylish condo

Great location off Broad Street, convenient to downtown and interstates. Lots of coffee shops, grocery stores & eateries close by. Condo itself was fun and unique. LOTS of steep stairs (like 16!) between levels. Condo was beautifully furnished, very comfortable. Only negatives is that Keurig pods were ALL decaf 😵‍💫 and creamers were expired. Easy fixes. Top floor bedroom was tiny bit warmer but easy to understand with crazy heat of summer. Reached out to host and they were able to adjust the a/c unit via WiFi. Hosts were very responsive and our stay was great!!! Highly recommend.

Great location and accommodation

The unit was in a great location for the activities we had planned for our granddaughters - ages 15, 12 and 11. Minutes from Ruby Falls, the Incline Railway and Rock City, as well as the Tennessee Aquarium. The set up allowed 2 girls to share the 1st floor bedroom while the third had a rollaway to herself on the second/main floor. All three shared the 1st floor bathroom and we had the top floor bedroom and bathroom. The unit was very nice and appeared to be fairly new. It was well furnished and comfortable, and clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Donna was easy to communicate with and responded quickly for any questions. The check in and check out process was easy to follow. We will definitely stay again on our next trip to Chattanooga.

Perfect place for grandparents and their adult child’s family

This really was the perfect place for us. We stayed on the first level, all shared kitchen on 2nd floor and our daughter, her husband and two preschoolers took the master suite on the third level. They would come down for family time together and we grandparents only had to climb one flight of stairs. Plus the quiet and privacy of the kitchen level between us was nice too when the toddlers were napping or put down for the night. Both children are good at climbing stairs so that could be a consideration for some if their children are not. They loved running on the lawn between excursions in the car. Parking was a breeze. It felt like a safe neighborhood when we came in at night; everything in the rental was perfectly clean and very comfortable. We will definitely book again when visiting our family in Chattanooga.

Nice for a short stay

This really isn’t spacious for 6 people. All the rooms are set up for 2-4 max (entry, kitchen, living room). We did our best to play games, we bring ours when we travel, the area is just too tight for an adult family. Everything worked, the place was clean and pretty quiet for so many residence. The location is on the south side and I knew this before booking. I believe/hope the south side continues a revitalization but there are no restaurants within walking distance, unless fast food counts. No shopping or anything if you like to stroll. You can rent a bike! Go for a nice run or even a hike! There are a lot of dogs so just watch where you step.
