"Good clean place to rest your head for a few nights great location to the airport. Fridge, microwave, clean sheets the basics are all there but I would suggest getting more detailed with the small things the ice machine did not work on my floor. Overall a good stay"

"I had a king room with snacks and drinks included, did not have them. Paid for complimentary breakfast and was questioned multiple times by employees in the morning regarding it, when giving my room number should have been enough to look up the reservation. That wasn’t cool. Before I book the room, I called and asked was the hot tub in use they told me yes just to get there and it was out of order. I paid for insurance on my trip."

"The hotel staff were very rude both during the check-in and check-out process. During the check-in process no information was provided either about additional charges like parking or hours for breakfast. After my departure, I had a billing issue and called the hotel a few days later and was once again confronted with a very rude front-desk staff. It was a pleasant surprise to interact with a professional and friendly accounting staff. I would not recommend staying at this hotel mainly due to the staff. "

"Arrived early and since room was available we were allowed to check in 3 hrs earlier. Which helped us rest and start our journey earlier. Room was cold I changed heat but when I returned room was still cold. I did not call reception to find out if it could be fixed."
