"Property was perfect for a big family holiday. It was well equipt, the sauna and games room where great. The beds were very comfortable. The host, Yveline was fantastic. Even though language was a problem she was very friendly and helpful, gave us loads of local tips and was extremely flexible. The free multipasses was a bonus we'd not been aware of at booking. "

"Ich war sehr enttäuscht von meinem Aufenthalt im Hotel. Das Bad war unzureichend gereinigt, und als wir reklamierten, wurde uns vom Direktor gesagt, wir sollten froh über das fliessende Wasser sein. Nachgereinigt wurde nicht. Wir mussten den Boden im Bad selbst mit einem Tuch reinigen, das danach komplett schmutzig war. "Hotel Macchi is beautifully situated in Chatel with rooms facing the mountains and slopes. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We were given recommendations on sites to see and visits to do in the area. The restaurant is beautifully decorated, the service is friendly and welcoming, and the food is our of this world. I highly recommend staying here! We hope to be back soon"
