Great hotel - happy to return

Nice hotel in good condition. Well set up and welcoming. Room was just as we hoped and beds were comfy and clean. Would definitely stay again. Kids loved the pool. Gym is very basic. Parking limited. Overall really good value and perfect for a family.

Close to Futurocope

Big, clean hotel with a small indoor pool. Staff were friendly but spoke limited English. Good selection for breakfast, but limited places to get a meal locally, and nothing available if you arrive late to check-in! 15 mins walk from Futuroscope (which is very much aimed at the French market).

I was a little disappointed when I left it too late to book the Hotel Cosmos at Futuroscope as I had ummed and ahhed about it due to the high cost then it booked up. I researched the others and decided upon Hotel Plaza. We arrived at about 10.30am and were able to park and headed straight to Futuroscope. We had a great day and didn't get back to the hotel til almost 10pm. The hotel looks a little dull from the outside but is a lot larger inside than it looks and also more modern. It was also lovely and cool which was a relief given the heat outside! Reception was extremely welcoming and helpful. The room was a great size with a lovely bathroom with bathtub. There was a fridge which was a nice touch. Breakfast was standard but had enough for everyone. There was bacon and eggs, boiled eggs, hams, cheeses, pain au chocolats, croissants, variety of bread, yogurts, fruit, pancakes and cereals. Also coffee machines and tea with teapots which was nice. They were showing the football which was good if you wanted to watch. There was a small arcade and pool which if we had stayed longer for i'm sure would have been used. It was about 10/15 minute walk to Futuroscope- easy enough and saved 13 euro on parking although we did park on the check out day as headed to Aquascope. All in all given we only spent a few hours awake in the hotel, I am glad we didn't spend so much more for cosmos which would have been nice but my son was very happy in any case so job done! Thank you!

In hotels.com said it was with breakfast but when i came here they said no. In the evening they said it cost 6 euro person and in the morning they carge me 16/person adult and 7/kids Nothing seems what they said.

Chambre propre, ménage fait tout les jours, literie et coussins excellents. Peut-être faudrait il revoir les pommeaux de douche et la robinetterie. Eau qui coule très peu et l’eau ne reste pas à la bonne température, chaud/froid tout le long de la douche. Petit déjeuner très copieux et très varié. Restaurant excellent. Personnel très disponible et très professionnel. Hôtel bien placé pour se rendre à pied au futuroscope.

Hotel vieillot de l'extérieur, mais élégant à l'intérieur. Chambres bien pensées, déco peut-être un peu triste (mais c'est très subjectif). À une quinzaine de minute du Futuroscope (vous pouvez laisser la voiture devant l'hôtel pour éviter de payer le parking juste en face du parc)

Piscine froide et trouble, repas du soir décevant ( réchauffé? ), personnel bof (impossible de savoir ce pourquoi je dois signer sur la tablette au restaurant), joints de la douche orangés et odeur de renfermé dans la salle de bain, pas de lait dans la chambre ( the/cafe), oubli de mentionner le code wifi sur la carte et personnel ne le connait pas ,....
