Buena en general pero NO había en la habitación 1 sólo toma de 2 patas para cargar el celular.- Solicité un adaptador y me lo querían cobrar $ 20.- (me lo querían vender).- No puedo creer que teniendo caja de seguridad en la habitación, toalla para la pileta, desayuno, etc. NO te presten un adaptador.-

Linda zon , vista impecable, tranquilidad , lo q deben solucuionar es el personal ( q es muy amable ) pero se necesita mas gente , tardan mucho para todo , hasta el nivel de q a las 10 ya no hay tazas y hay q pedirlas. pero bueno en general esta bien , la comida y el desayuno rico

Todo muy bien, la atención del personal amable y eficiente, la comida excelente a precios accesibles. Les sugiero : 1º poner barandas y manijas para acceso a jacuzzi para evitar accidentes y 2º agregar un gimnasio a las instalaciones del hotel

Me gustó el desayuno, variado y con muy buena comida Las dimensiones de las habitaciones excelentes La limpiezs de las habitaciones dejan que desear. Alfombras con polvo y hojas secas, lamparitas que no funcionan, toallas sucias. La piscina de agua caliente con una excelente temperatura, pero no hay baños, ni duchas ni un vestidor para cambiarse antes o después del baño: esto es terrible. Los balcones Terrazas de muy buen tamaño, pero separados por pequeños maceteros de los linderos (los que los hace poco privados e inseguros) y no hay ni una silla ni una mesita como para disfrutarlos un poco. El personal sumamente amable servicial y cordial.

Las camareras no son muy simpáticas, se supone que es un spa pero el jacuzzi no funciona. La pileta climatizada tiene los azulejos sucios. Estaría bueno que pongan música... Aun que sea en el lobby mientras esperas la habitación. Los chicos de resepcion no son muy amistosos. Me hubiese gustado que nos reciban de otramanera..

La habitacion muy bien. Pero no tenia una mesa y un par de sillas en el balcon terraza. El agua de la pileta fria y turbia. Las paredes de la pileta muy sucias. Los dos jacuzzi no funcionaban. Habia muchos huespedes y el salon comedor es muy grande y al desayuno estaba lleno. Tenian una sola isla con panes y fiambre y algo de verdura que no alcancazaba. Lo mismo que dos tostadoras y una cafetera y una tetera. Habia que hacer fila para servirse un cafe.

Me gustó la ubicación. El spa no es spa, sólo tiene sauna y los hidromasajes no anduvieron en todo el fin de semana. La pileta climatizada estaba fría y se llenaba de chicos, en un spa de verdad no deberían tener acceso. Como servicio adicional solo ofrecían masajes. La mayoría de las veces no había personal disponible y había que esperar o ir hasta la recepción para averiguar. La comida es relativamente buena pero en el desayuno no había frutas, el café estaba frío y el día que llegaron más pasajeros se colapsó la capacidad del restaurante. En un hotel de esta categoría no deberían ofrecer un desayuno con revolvedores de plástico. En las habitaciones hacía frío y no había frazadas para poder agregar, había tierra en los muebles y mucha humedad en el ambiente. En líneas generales la logística es mala y el personal no está pendiente de lo que necesitan los huespedes. NO lo recomendaría!

El hotel no responde a las características de su categoría hay mucha humedad los baños lis diseños son de muy malos materiales no hay espejos en las habitaciones y no se respetan los horarios para adultos ven la piscina que de hecho es muy chica.

El lugar excelente, habitaciones amplias, buenas piscinas, muy ordenado y limpio. El personal , se desvive por atender y responder pero al contar con pocas personas o falta organizacion,todo se complica y se desluce el hotel q es precioso.Ejemplos : me llaman para q reserve una mesa en el comedor, y cuando llego no habia mesa y un solo mozo para todos los comensales, asi q la cena tardo tres horas . Llame para q destraben la caja de seguridad q estaba cerrada y nunca vinieron. Poco personal .Volveria sin dudarlo pero esta bueno q revean ciertas cosas.

Bien.

Hermoso lugar. No hay maletero (no me interesa, pero me llamó la atencion). El dia que llegamos almorzamos en el restaurante. Tardaron una eternidad en atender y servir la comida. Poco personal (que no tiene la culpa), y se notó. El resto muy bien. Le falta una pileta cubierta.
