"Hotel is difficult to find from Heathrow terminal 5 as the signage is sparse and confusing. Worth the effort to find, however."

"Awful. Checking in with a group of young people. They wouldn’t give room keys out until names had been added to the system (rather than adding names later). It took over an hour to sort that- with 2 staff members starting but then leaving and not passing it on. Then the rooms which had been booked (twin rooms so people had their own bed) was wrong with some rooms being double beds instead- this was rectified but claimed no twin rooms available, unsure how as they had been booked. And finally in the morning, people weren’t allowed into breakfast despite these being paid for and included in the original booking."

"Great location to Heathrow airport. Comfy beds, nice rooms and wonderful to have a restaurant on site."

"Room was great, but front desk staff didn’t provide information on the airport shuttle aside from the phone number. This was frustrating as we are international travelers without phone calling ability. "

"A basic hotel, perfect to crash in after a lo g flight into T2 or T3 at Heathrow. Room had no window, but that didn't bother us on this occasion."
