"The room is a dormitory room. The bed had no box spring, just a thin mattress on a platform. The bidet is in the shower. The walls and ceiling are covered with burlap. The staff was rude and unhelpful. You can hear the movie theatre next door in your room. We left early even thought the room was fully paid and non-refundable."

"It was a well appointed suite in a good location. It had all the amenities, though the stove did not work very well and the washing machine was also not easily operational. We enjoyed our stay in Bologna over New Years though! It is a great city and easy to get around by bus."
