Every welcoming, and the staff are constantly looking to help and take care of my request in a timely fashion. Anthony the manager is a stand up guy.

My husband didn't like it the hotel because a lot of people from welfare and have cackroches. Also because he thought about the gym he said this hotel doesn't have.

I like the staff, the laundry facilities, and the area. It is close to a Walmart , a dealership, and a few transit lines. What I didn't like is the bugs that mostly came through the bathroom. The place needs more fumigation/ raid but other than that it was convenient. Please check in between the hours of 10:00am to 7:00pm. They do not have 24 hour check in.

Horrible Staff

This was the worst hotel experience of my life. I arrived to check in and as I was getting my belongings together an employee approached my car window. She asked what I was doing there and I told her. She also asked about my boyfriend who had started walking up the street to Walmart. Apparently he walked by an UNmarked no trespassing area. There was zero indication about ANY prohibited areas by the parking lot and the street. When I said I had a reservation, she replied, "Not anymore." Then told me that if we didn't leave she would call the police while her co-worker took pictures of my license plate. The rude, inconsiderate staff made me feel like a criminal for sitting in my car and left my family without a place to stay for the night. Start away from this place!

Long and short of it, don't stay here. The rooms are dirty, smell of smoke, and are infested with roaches. Their policies are awful and the place is poorly maintained. Let me share my experience here. I booked through Expedia, which has some misleading reviews of it being clean. I wouldn't even call it broom swept clean, I've left Airbnb stays in better condition. When you get there, they let you go review the room before staying in it. My mistake for not looking for bugs I guess. Then they have you sign 4 documents without looking at them. Big mistake on my part. Always review the policies. They have a no refund policy. Under any circumstances. The room I was in ended up having roaches. When I asked for a different room, as I reviewed it, I found more roaches. When I asked again, they tried to give me a room that was occupied already. I left for the weekend and stayed somewhere else, though I had the room for the next week. When I came back Monday to check out early, since they don't have hours Sunday, my bed had no sheets or pillows on it... Let me remind you, no refunds under any circumstances... They did however leave the trash that I had put in the trash can. Go figure. Don't stay here. The facility is dirty, run down, had a broken window, other guests having domestic disputes outside. They did at least appear to try to work with me on the roaches, but due to the policies of InTown, they have no ability to do anything worthwhile.

The property was very clean and the staff was very nice. I will definitely be staying here again. I had very friendly neighbors the short time i was staying there. The bus stop right Infront of the hotel was so convenient for me.
