The hotel was quiet and peaceful. The lights in the room were way too bright. More like outdoor lights. The mattress was not of good quality and was not very comfortable
The reception area smelled like pot. The attendant wanted me to give a cash deposit. The room was run down and repairs and upgrades were done poorly, but it was clean.
I booked two nights to handle business. I left for the day. When I returned I found out that I was checked out and my belongings were removed from the room. I was told that I never checked in and no one was ever in the room.

The made me wait two hours before I was allowed to stay then told me that my check it time was ten.Staff was threatening, prejudice
When we checked in, we were told there was no rooms for us. The receptionist said I had to call Expedia solve this problem by myself. The lobby was dirty and couch had stain on it. Smell was bad also. If I knew I wouldn’t book this hotel. And it’s awful we paid the room and credit was charged but there was no room and we got stuck there for two hours , couldn’t get help from Expedia service. The receptionist just ignored us.
Cockroachs were swimming in toilett bowl filthy disgusting sickening 100 times worst thsn terrible shoul be condemed and the owner of the hotel should be sued by budget inn thst by the way that hotel reflects ownership and representation of the worst hospitality establishment you can find obviously budget management hss n ot been there
What is,even worse is that this owner also kwns a pharmacy so imagine how prescriptions are processed a letrine is cleaner than that infested so called hotel
I actually didn't stay in the room because upon arrival, the night clerk couldn't find my reservation. Honestly, he really appeared out of it/altered, but he made no attempt to look up the reservation I made through hotels.com and offered no suggestions. It's probably a blessing in disguise though because the hotel was not in a great neighborhood, and the condition of the front office (not very clean, the office chairs (behind the bank teller style window) were torn and old, the desk was a mess, and there were typos and misspellings on the signage taped to the window) led me to believe the room would have not been clean or comfortable, nor would it have been necessarily safe. The cab driver who took me there was so hesitant about the area he personally escorted me inside. I'm absolutely shocked this even has two stars and I think hotels.com should remove them from their listings...at the very least a representative from hotels.com should visit the site.
Hotel did not allow me to use the Hotel.com reservation, so at 2 AM I had to pay again to use the room. Hotel pool filled with dirt and weeds. TV in the room has no cable feed ... just snow on the screen. Wake up call was late. I can go on forever. Hotel reminds me of a flop house in a third world country. Less than a minus five rating.
Shampoo and soap in ketchup packets. Towels so rough you could shave with them. I woke up in the middle of the night swearing I felt something crawl up my ear canal. No Wifi access code that worked. Pillows so thin you can see through them. Check-in through a bullet proof window. All airlines had cancelled flights, this is what i was able to reserve. Maybe a good place for an off the grid affair or some cloak and dagger activities.
I wish I wouldn't have stayed there. That's what I keep telling myself. Yes, I needed somewhere to stay, and instead of listening to mySelf I let other people push me to this terrible place. Yes, we had heat, and a bed. However, We didn't sleep under those blankest, they had roaches, chipping paint in the sink...Chipping paint? Who paints a sink? That wasn't the worst part about the sink, the hot water knob was broken so we had to us pliers to turn it on and off.
The tub was stopped up, until they felt it was an inconvenience to them if they hadn't fix it, -Literally. The water began to leak, and then they wanted to fix it.... I paid for the room one day 15 mins before check out. The lady in the front office insisted on calling my room one hour before, repeatedly to tell us we'll have to leave. So disrespectful, she was.
To top it off, No Internet, as Promised. My husband and I we do most of our work digitally. After all, this is the digital age, and we couldn't do any work. When aksed what the issues was, we were told it was off. We stayed roughly 18 days, with no internet. We lost more money than we made.
Thank you Budget Inn....
