Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
It was a nice quiet place to stay while visiting Charleston. The staff was very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. The room was great. The location is a bit far from the main activity in the historic district but it gives you a good opportunity to walk the full length of King Street and see all of the shops. The only thing I didn’t like was when I booked my hotel it was not clear that this a resort, and I was being booked by one of the timeshare owners and not the resort itself. Also it wasn’t clear that you’re going to be asked to go through a 2 hour sales pitch for the resort, and asked for your income and a credit check. I would suggest disclosing that on your advertising so I can choose whether or not I want to do that Otherwise it was a great trip
