"This property is a scam. We booked and paid for 3 rooms thru Expedia. When we arrived they only have one room for our reservation. They want to push us to stay at their other property. Their other property is dirty and small. We flew thousands of miles to experience a homestay in the beautiful Sapa rice fields. Being weekend all the nice home stays were all booked. We had to hire a taxi to take back into town to find a decent hotel. I have never give any hotel a bad review. I don’t want anyone...

"I arrived early in the morning off of the sleeper train from Hanoi. They let me drop my bags in one of the shared areas of the property and then let me check into my room early. My room was great, it was the perfect size with a great view of the mountains. The shower was nice and hot…perfect for coming home from the cold rainy weather. "Such a peaceful stay in Sapa! The homestay is in a quiet spot, surrounded by nature, with a lovely garden to relax in. The staff were amazing—super friendly and helpful with everything we needed. The restaurant had great local food too. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!"
