"We had a very disappointing stay here. The room next door was having a party and playing music loudly after 10 pm. We had to wake up for an early flight at 4 am. There was no phone in our room, so we had to walk over from the east building to the main lobby over 3 times to speak to the second staff member, who did not seem to care. Security went over twice, but they still kept partying. The first staff member said there was a one-time warning policy, which was not applied by the second staff member as we complained multiple times. Also, the issue of our room not having a phone was never addressed by staff. We also asked for a room change, which they said there was absolutely no available rooms. We were extremely dissatisfied with our experience, especially as Marriott Bonvoy members. I do not recommend staying here if you are trying to get sleep while staying close to the airport before an early flight."

"Great option for commuting into Georgetown and Foggy Bottom. Clean, basic but spacious room worked well for our family of 4. The front desk was helpful but the hotel seemed a bit short-staffed. No free continental breakfast; the small “cafe” downstairs had limited menu and was overpriced. Parking was safe and convenient (underground garage connected to hotel, need room card to access) and decently priced $30/day with in and out. We didn’t really explore the area (Roslyn) but seemed pleasant and safe enough. Overall, a fantastic choice for easy access to DC without breaking the bank! "

"Room was clean. People were friendly. Restaurant attached is nice. Right in the middle of everything if you need to be in NW washington. Can easily find street parking, but parking is convenient if you want to pay for garage as well. I found the beds to be very firm and comfortable!"

"I went to the hotel for an event. The event ended up being over an hour late for VIP check-in because the hotel seemed to not even know that the event was happening. We ended up getting extra stuff from The event holder as an apology for the hotels in ability to get things together. When I checked in the girl took forever. The other person checking people in got three people in while she got me done. She was so unfriendly the only people she spoke to were staff that walked by. She handed my key to me. Didn’t say a word. after the event, we went into the bar area and was accosted by a vagrant who had been outside. He was allowed to harass the bartender while the bartender begged him to leave. No security was called or anything. Why are the doors not locked after 10 o’clock? There was nothing done at all no care for the guest and their security while this vagrant walked around begging for more alcohol. The next morning I went out the door with my dog. I saw what by I thought may have been a guest sleeping on the couch when I came back in the guest sleeping on the couch was behind the counter. I asked him do you have coffee? His reply was yes. After about 10 seconds, I asked him where it was and his reply was it’s not out yet. I packed my things and I left won’t be going back here. The room was clean. The service was horrible. The girl at the check in is in the wrong business"

"Long time guest here. the hotel and its staff are absolutely great. It’s reasonably priced amongst all other competitors in the D.C are but with much more amenities and it is close to everything including the airport which is about 8 mins away. I simply love this place and wouldn’t stay anywhere else when I’m in town and I’m here just about every week. "

"Everything about the place was a fail. We stayed at the hotel to attend a funeral. We wanted to rest beforehand, but there was some sort of drilling going on reverberating through the entire hotel all afternoon. Not much worked in the room. The tv got only half the stations it was supposed to. The iron worked sporadically. The shower didn’t drain. To complain to the front desk was futile. The number was either busy or you’d get disconnected. Parking validation didn’t work. I’d suggest staying somewhere where they care about whether things work."
