The owners of Nicolas studio apartments is very kind and helpful. The cleaning was excellent and the location was perfect as it was very close to the main road and beach but still in a calm area.

Very cozy apartments

Such a cute little hotel/apartments, driven by the sweetest host couple; Stelios and Poli. They were so polite and welcoming. If you need anything, they will gladly help you. The location is amazing and very close to the beach. Cleanliness is on point.

Fantastisk lokasjon og hærlig leilighet for famile på 4. 2 bad og soverom. Hodeputer noe harde, men senger er bra. Hærlig service fra eiere og bassenget og området er rent og velholdt. Vi kommer tilbake.

Fantastiske værter og god beliggenhed

Beliggenheden er god, meget tæt på strand, transport og indkøb. Der bliver gjort rent hver dag, skiftning af håndklæder m.m. hver anden dag. Fantastik værter (mand og kone) altid glad og er klar til at hjælpe med alt, en følelse af at være i hjemlige omgivelser. Det eneste mindre god ting er små og / eller fælles udendørs altaner.

Lovely, quiet, family-run business with a relaxing pool area. The accommodation is well located, close to tavernas and just a couple of minutes to the beach. The staff are wonderfully hospitable and were very accommodating to our needs during our stay. The cleaning lady was especially helpful - so kind and always had a smile on her face. Would definitely recommend - and return - to Nicolas Studios & Apartments.

Muy buen lugar pero lejos de Chania

El lugar es comodo, limpio con una buena pileta y jardin. Pero OJO. Te cobran el aire acondicionado y la caja de seguridad aparte. Esta cerca de la Playa AgiaMarina pero muy lejos de Chania. Imposible llegar caminando.
