Fick ej bo på det hotell vi bokat

Valde detta boende pågrund av det nära gång avståndet till stranden. När vi checkade in får vi förklarat för oss att vi kommer få ett rum på ett annat hotell i närheten då en annan familj valt att stanna längre än väntat. Läget var fortfarande bra och vi fick tillgång till hotellets frukost/pool. Dock var det inte samma standard på det nya hotellet och med en AC som ej fungerade helt. Vi kommer inte att boka detta hotell igen om vi återvänder till Chania.

The Hotel is not as depicted as in the photo's, not good value for the money that you pay, do not judge by photos, buffet breakfast is poor, and the rooms are old, friends paid way less and got so much more at another hotel.

Nice and quite hotel in a very good location

We had a very good time. The hotel very nice and the owners helpful for everything. The place is very close to the beaches and restaurants and the city of Chania. The room very nice and spacious, exept the bathroom that was a small one. Anyway dhe overall experience was great

Fantastisk personal som är hjälpsamma. Dåligt Internet, bra kommunikation med buss och nära strand, rekommenderas till par. Liten pool, middagsbuffén var smaklös och inget att rekommendera.

Vi har været på Elotia 2 gange. Det er et rigtig dejligt familiehotel med en service og venlighed langt over niveau. Maden på hotellet er rigtig god.

Hotellet är ej värt pengarna

Vi bodde på bottenvåningen med en väldigt liten balkong som tyvärr inte kunde utnyttjas överhuvudtaget. Vi hade dessutom ingenstans att hänga våra badkläder då det varken fanns tvättställ eller en lina att hänga något på. Frukosten var under all kritik, och kaffet var oftast kallt. Hotellägaren var slutligen väldigt passiv och trots att vi informerade om att det hela tiden droppar vatten från toaletten så åtgärdades inte.

2eme voyage en 2 ans (2fois 2 semaines) a hotel elotia et grande satisfaction que ce soit au niveau accueil , qualité et variétés des plats proposés meme si la crete n est pas specialiste des desserts !! l hotel bien situé à 50 metres d une jolie petite plage,composé de 3 à 4 petits batiments entourés de bougainvilliers fleuris et de chambres confortables avec petit frigo ,clim et calme apprécié ! le personnel intervient chaque jour pour la propreté et renouvellement des linges.bref, a recommander et aussi pour l accueil de la famille d helena, manolis et socrates !

Vi var på Elotia i 2 uker, og det har vært en sann fornøyelse. Rene og fine hotellrom hver dag. Servicen av de ansatte var helt topp. De stiller opp og er hjelpsomme og blide. Jeg skal definitivt tilbake dit ;)

Solrike Kreta.

Hotellet er enkelt, rent og har hyggelig atmosfære. Hotellet ligger et stykke unna de store turisthotellene, i et forholdsvis rolig område. En veldig hyggelig strand på to minutters avstand. det er enkelt å komme med buss til og fra Chania, som er en fin gammel by med særpreg.

Great location, good price, got what I paid for.

This hotel is well located just West of Hania. One bus (#21) will take you there and downtown again, on a fairly regular schedule. It is close to a supermarket and pharmacy if need be. The nearby restaurants were good and affordable. The room was nice, but lacked some privacy. The villa design was cute, and the nearby pool okay if small. The complimentary breakfast was small but okay for free. The room and shower in particular were not very clean. The shower was small had seen better days.

It is what you pay for - very cheap

First of all, we chose this hotel because of its near location to three very nice beaches. Other than that, it´s not much nice to say about this hotel. Clearly they do not want young people (25 - 30) to live at their hotel. We experienced the service as very bad, and did not feel wanted there at all. The breakfast is not that good either, so people bought their own spreads, coffee etc. It was also written in the information about the hotel that they have comfort beds in every room, which is not true (at least not in the part of the hotel that is not upgraded). The beds are extremely hard, and you will also have to pay for air condition and there is no safe in the room either. But overall we really liked the location, its not that far to the old town (10 min with car), and the beaches (walking distance) are very nice.
