The hotel is in a very good area. Room was ver clean with every day housekeeping. On the other hand shower cabin without door and the water splashing out, wardrobe very small with just 4 hangers, no light in the bathroom ( just small mirror light) , coffee maker without coffee provided, balcony quite small .

Will Definitely Stay Again

The staff were all very friendly and plenty of them speak English. The condition of the room was fanatic! Even though the building is very old, since it’s located in the center of “Old Town Chania”, inside you’d swear you’re in a newly built luxury hotel. Very centrally located for walking everywhere!

The accommodation was perfect! Very close to the central bus station for cheap trips to the beach if desired. My accommodation was right at the old city’s centre and it was lovely. A bit noisy at night as there are singers that perform on the streets but that stops around 11 pm. The hotel staff were always present and very accommodating and nice. Would highly recommend!

Nice room with really cold floor but really hot water. Great location, make sure pay attention for check in details, or you’ll end up wandering around in circles looking for entrance and reception. Noise from street will disturb a light sleeper, but comfortable bed will compensate.

If you have a car and traveling with luggage, this hotel is not for you. Finding a parking is very hard. The hotel advertised "free off-site parking" is a lie. They are referring to the city public parking. I recommend Expedia to have them change that. We wouldn't booked that hotel knowing that. Our room had a wood seeling. Very noisy. One plus for the hotel is its location.

Super Lage, sehr zentral. Die Zimmer sind renoviert und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Parkplätze gibt es kostenlos vor der Tür - allerdings begrenzt.

+) La localisation est le point positif, tout est proche à moins de 5 minutes à pied, même ça reste parfois difficile de trouver une place de parking, il y en a quand même, parfois même devant la chambre (mais attention aux rayures !) -) la chambre est très petite, pas de place pour sa valise et des affaires (aucun rangement), la salle de bain n’est pas du tout fonctionnelle (pas de porte de douche, lavabo construit étrangement, impossible de poser des affaires nulle part, il n’y avait que la « petite » évacuation des toilettes qui fonctionnaient. L’isolation n’est pas bonne non plus, on entend énormément la rue en dessous et les volets n’empêchent pas la lumière de rentrer. Le balcon n’en est pas un, c’est tout petit. J’ai informé aussi l’hôtel que les photos en ligne ne correspondait pas à la chambre que j’avais réservé, ils ont juste répondu « ok désolé pour le désagrément » =) Si c’est pour quelques nuits, 2 max, mais sinon je ne recommande pas plus longtemps non seulement dû au manque de place mais aussi et surtout au rapport qualité/prix qui n’est pas juste selon nous.

(English trl further down). Otroligt trevlig personal, rum, och allmänna närheten – men entrédörren till hotellet ligger i en dåligt belyst gränd som jag först trodde var baksidan till hotellet. Vilket ärligt talat fick det att kännas lite otryggt om jag kom tillbaka efter solnedgången (ca 18:00) eftersom jag inte kunde se allting runt omkring mig. Särskilt eftersom jag reste ensam. MEN, Kentron är väldigt centralt placerad med en massa restauranger och saker att göra i närheten, så om du inte har något emot var entrédörren är placerad så tror jag du kommer ha en otrolig fin vistelse. Rummet och hotellet i sig var riktigt trevliga och fina, och personalen hjälpsamma. . (English trl). Really nice staff, rooms and general area - but the entry door to the hotel was placed in a pretty badly lit alley which I first thought was the backside of the hotel. Which honesty made it feel a bit unsafe if I got back after sunset (around 6pm) since I couldn’t see all my surroundings clearly. Especially since I was travelling alone. HOWEVER, Kentron is very central placed with a lot of restaurants and things to do nearby, so if you don't mind where the entry door is placed I think you will have an amazing time. The room and the hotel itself was really nice, and the staff incredibly helpful. .

Die Unterkunft fällt aus dem Rahmen. Die Einrichtung des Zimmers und Bades fanden wir sehr geschmackvoll und originell. Die Lage, im Zentrum, ist super. Der Check-in in einem weiteren Gebäude der Elia-Gruppe war weniger gut. Die junge Frau an der Rezeption zeigte uns zwar kurz in welche Richtung, wir gehen mussten, aber da hätte ich mir eine Begleitung gewünscht (auch für Fragen des Zimmers, z.B. Safe und TV betreffend).

Staffs are very nice and helpful and even provided us a welcome drink and traditional snacks. The room was clean, stylish and comfortable. The hotel is well located and there is an old market nearby. The only drawback was it was noisy on Saturday night during our stay since there was a bar nearby. However, the hotel provided us earplugs. So generally speaking, we had a nice stay here.

I couldn't make a better choice! This hotel-boutique is in the heart of Chania. Walking distance to everything: restaurants, stores, harbour, beach, bus station. The room is sooo stylish and unique like nowhere else. You will love to stay in this hotel. I would love to get back!
