The apartment was big, the bed was really comfortable and the balconies are a real sun-trap. The hosts are really friendly and helpful. The location is really convenient, great for getting out and exploring the region and island.

Relaxing stay near Chania.

Views of pool and sea. Basic, comfortable facilities. Lovely host. Excellent breakfasts. Easy quick bus route to town.

Nice hotel for a family

Very nice hotel for a family stay, it's up on a hill away from tourists crowds but still very close to the beach - walk about 5 min. Nice pool and the manager is super nice. The room is basic but every room has a terrace where you can have breakfast looking at the pool. Good sunset view on top floor

What's not to like?!

Georgos, the manager (possibly the owner) could not have been more welcoming, generous or helpful, from bringing us oranges from his village, cooking our breakfast each day, chatting us up, and solving our airline issues. This is not a plush spot, but it IS charming, with a lovely pool, near the beach, near restaurants and shops, and just up the hill from the bus line into Hania. It's a real bargain!

Vi bodde fem netter ved Argo Apartments og er veldig fornøyde. Leilighetene ligger i et veldig rolig strøk, med lite støy. Det tok 2 minutter å gå til bussholdeplassen som kjører både til Chania og videre mot Platanias/Agia Marina. Det tok ca. 5 minutter med buss til Agia Marina og noe lenger inn til Chania by. Hotelleieren var meget hjelpsom, hyggelig og tilstede stort sett døgnet rundt. Det er et eget svømmebasseng ved i bakgården og solsenger til hotellets gjester. Det er også mulig å kjøpe drikker i baren ved bassenget.

Supertrevligt boende

Vi bodde 10 nätter på Argo. Hotellet ägs och drivs av en mycket trevlig man och hans familj. Ägaren var mycket hjälpsam. Mycket familjär stämning. Eftersom hotellet endast har 10 lägenheter kunde man ibland vara helt ensam vid poolen. Ca 5 minuters promenad tog oss till den fina stranden. Vid hotellet fanns en busshållsplats där bussen in till Chania gick en gång/kvart. Bussen tog ca 15 minuter. Rummen var mycket rena och hade kyskåp, kaffebryggare,vattenkokare och kokplattor. Våra barn (11, 15 år) och vi älskade stället och tycker att vi inte kunde ha bott bättre.

Argos appartment : on n'hésite pas, on y court !!

L'accueil y est particulièrement chaleureux, l'ambiance y est très sympa et familiale, on s'y sent bien, comme chez soi. Un endroit tranquille et merveilleusement fleuri pour y séjourner agréablement. Le petit-déjeuner est très bien. Un plongeon dans la belle piscine, la mer à 400m, un super bon dîner chez Nikos, tout près de là. Info : pour trouver Argos appartment : en venant d'Héraklion par la National road, sortez à GALATAS (évitez les sorties La Canée/Chania) puis descendre jusqu'à la route qui longe la mer et prendre à droite, continuez sur 3,4km et vous trouverez un petit panneau"Argos Appartment" juste avant un abribus, prenez à droite puis à 500m vous y êtes !!!
