The property only allows you to communicate with them during two short periods daily around check-in and out. Their information indicates check in is not on the property. "Nice place with good breakfast and pool. Note it’s more of a lodge style place and not a regular hotel. You’ll need a car to reach most places in Chamonix centre and most lifts, we had a rental and did not check out any buses. Good value for money - Chamonix-style."
