Room was nice and also clean. Remote didn’t work the first day but call to front desk remedied the problem. The coffee pot also didn’t work but we told the upon checkout. Shops and restaurants were nice. We had a nice hike around the grounds. Enjoyed the indoor mini-golf. A nice retreat.

The staff at this resort are wonderful, all around. You are welcomed by kind, friendly people at all aspects of this hotel. The property itself is a bit dated, but the mountain is great for skiing.

The staff excellent. Very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Extremely warn and in need of renovation but clean and everything worked. Bed was comfortable and bedding nice Bath towels very nice. The food was absolutely terrible in the 2 restaurants we tried. This is why I couldn’t give an overall 5 star.

Perfect location and the most convenient to the slopes. Rooms: spacious, complete amenities Cleanliness: meh, the room was VERY DUSTY, particularly the surfaces of the headboards. Sheets and towels are fresh, clean, and white. Friendliness of staff: cleaning crew are super polite, nice, and kind. Front desk, not so much, had varied experiences w different staff.
