In the immediate vicinity of an access lane to the road bypass of the Chambéry metropolitan area. Pleasant living room (sofa convertible into a double bed 160x200cm) enjoying good sunshine without vis-à-vis with a view of the swimming pool . Balcony terrace with garden furniture. Shower room (shower with WC). Wifi connection. Bed linen and towels included. Beds made on arrival. Air cooling fan. Secure bicycle garage. Building comprising 24 apartments with lift in a residential area on the outskirts of Chambéry. Station 25 minutes walk. Urban transport around the condominium. 13km away, Lac du Bourget beach.
