"👎 Pool side Jacuzzi is a joke, barely fit in four people and the water is lukewarm. My family were advised to reserve a grilled seafood buffet at time of checking in. The seafood variety selection is below average. No lobster or good quality crab. I accidentally tipped the wine glass over, the waitress refused to refill the white wine even though one of our beverages was water. It’s definitely overrated on the website, disappointed!"

"I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Vietnam. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Even though I arrived a bit late, they checked me in quickly and made sure I had everything I needed. They were always ready to help with directions, local recommendations, and any questions I had. The location is also very convenient, with shops, restaurants, and cafés nearby. It made it easy to explore the area and enjoy the local food. Overall, this hotel offers great value for the price.
