Beautiful Hotel

Spacious, fresh and clean rooms. Impressed by room amenities. Good location. Definitely will be the only choice on my next trip.

1.The hotel was a nightmare, with filthy rooms and a constant musty smell lingering in the air. 2. The staff was rude and unhelpful, making the entire experience even worse. 3.The bed sheets looked like they hadn’t been washed in days, and the bathroom was moldy and disgusting. 4. There was loud noise all night long, and the walls were so thin you could hear everything from the next room. 5. The air conditioning didn’t work well . 6. The hotel staff never collected trash, leaving overflowing bins in their hallways and rooms . 7. The photos online were completely misleading nothing looked remotely like the luxury they promised.

Çok teşekkürler

Personel çok ilgiliydi oteli çok beğendik. Bizim odamızın tuvaleti çok dardı ve balkon yoktu ama daha güzel odalar var. Restoranı çok keyifli ama kahvaltı biraz daha geliştirilebilir. Onun dışında güvenle kalıp memnun ayrılabileceğiniz bir yer.

Gayet ilgili personellerle, temiz ve güvenilir bir otel. Adem beye teşekkür ediyorum. Çarşı mesafesi yakın. İlgi alaka gayet güzel. Kahvaltı belki biraz daha donanımlı olabilirdi. Ama fiyat performans anlamında tekrar değerlendirebileceğimiz bir otel. Teşekkür ediyorum.

Çalışanlar ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü. İlk geldiğimiz de menüdeki fiyatlar daha uygundu bi bira 150ydi. Odaya girip çıktık bi anda fiyatları iki katına çıkarmışlardı. Hoş değildi. Ve kahvaltısı çok yetersizdi o paraya değmiyor açıkçası. Ve odamızın konumu çok kötüydü o kadar çok araba sesi vardı ki bi an yola yatak falan attık yolda yatıyoruz sandık o derece.

Beklentinizi yüksek tutmayın, fotoğraflara aldanma

Oda seçimimde etkili olan balkon detayı, rezervasyon ekranında olmasına rağmen verilen odada balkon yoktu. Durumu ilgiliye aktardığımda ise onun göstermelik olduğunu iletti ve yola neredeyse sıfır olan Fransız balkona sahip olduğumuzu gösterdi. Odada balkon varmış gibi görsel kullandıklarını söylediğimde de bu durumdan daha önce başka kişilerin de yakındığını söyledi. Bilerek müşterileri yanıltmaya giren bir durum bence. Temizlik olarak ise odada örümcek ağları mevcuttu. Klimanın kanadı kırık olduğu için istediğimiz yöne ayarlayamadık ve sıcakta klimayı çalıştıramadık. Odada yer alan tek pencere yola bakıyor ve oda yola neredeyse sıfır olduğu için sokaktan geçenlerin sizi görmesi çok muhtemel. Olumlu yön olarak ise merkeze yakınlık ve kahvaltının güzel olması söyleyebilirim.

Bizim için kısa tatilimiz çok güzel bir detayı oldu burası. Fiyat performans açısından iyi olmasının yanında ilgili ve yardımsever olmaları bizim açımızdan kıymetliydi. Kahvaltı servisi güzeldi. Odamız bizim açımızdan gayet ferah ve yeterli düzeydeydi. Başta Adem olmak üzere otelin tüm emektarlarına teşekkür ederim.

Otel pislikten geçilmiyordu. Bizden önceki misafirin boş şampuan kutuları, çekirdek paketi, lekeli havlular vs. bir önceki sezondan bu yana sanırım temizlik yapılmamış olacak ki , camlar örümcek bağlamış, yerler ve eşyalar toz içerisindeydi. ne eşyalarımızı çıkardık ne de buklet malzemeleri kullandık. Resepsiyonda duran kimse yok. 1 kişiyi koymuşlar otele, heryere o yetişmeye çalışıyor. Çok otel, apart, pansiyon gördüm, böylesiyle hiç karşılaşmadım, yazık

Pro: TOP Lage; Innenstadt innerhalb von wenigen Sekunden zu Fuß erreichbar. Freundliche Mitarbeiter, vor allem Servet sehr hilfsbereit Contra: - Zimmer; Sehr sehr kleine Zimmer, es wird einem sogar zu zweit sehr eng. Außerdem sind die Fenster defekt, trotz mehrfachen Hinweisen, wurden die Fenster nicht repariert. Wir haben unser Zimmer wechseln lassen, im zweiten Zimmer war das Fenster ebenfalls defekt. Das das Hotel an einer Seitenstraße liegt und die Autos direkt daneben vorbeifahren, war es im Zimmer immer sehr laut. - Hygiene; sehr dreckig und unhygienisch. Zimmerservice unregelmäßig tätig gewesen. Überall auf dem Boden Flecken. - Bad/WC; Warmwasser funktioniert erst nach 10 Minuten
