"Propriétaires souriants et à l'écoute, mais très, voire trop peu présents en début de séjour. Endroit vraiment très propre, plus spacieux que ce qu'on pourrait penser sur les photos, très bien décoré, cuisine hyper bien équipée, mixer, batteries de poêles et casseroles, épices, micro-ondes, four (attention, les plombs sautent parfois si on utilise four+hotte+boiler, mais il suffit de le savoir), grand calme nocturne, super barbecue fourni, transats, joli jardin bien entretenu... "Absolutely shocking.
Arrived at 7.20pm. Check in was between 5-8pm. No sign of anyone. Phoned both phone numbers and messaged via hotel.com - no answer from property.
Waited there for an hour. We were extremely tired after leaving the UK at 7am!!!
Had to find another hotel at ann extra cost. Eventually arrived around 9pm. Hotel owner phoned me at 10.38pm, waking us up, to ask where we were and apologise! What a joke. A formal complaint has been made to hotel.con who were extremely helpful...
