"Got two rooms, no hot water in either room, shower heads were plugged in both rooms no cable in one room and no wires to hook it up, the views were great, internet was great but the showers and hot water was an issues and before they say something about not being plugged in or turned on, I am a plumber and they were, they shower heads were so clogged that only a few holes allowing water through but with no pressure."

"We’re not happy with the service and the place. It’s dusty and full of big insects both in the bathroom and the room. We asked for more towels and only gave us 2 old towels. The rotational brownouts too sucks."

"We absolutely loved this condo. It was the first time staying in Lapu-Lapu. We were here for a month. The traffic was probably the only downfall, but once we were back on property we loved the resort feel.John and Rhoda were amazing. John was easily available via mobile and very quick in responding to all communications.The condo was lovely and having access to resort amenities was definitely something we took advantage of with our 9 year old grandson!We arrived from USA at 1am and we checked in...

"The room was stinky. Faucets are rusted. The sink drainage flows direct to the ground & wont drain properly. Water at the shower is leaking. We've killed small cockroaches. Dirty flooring. The rice cooker was so filthy. Overall it was disgusting! The pictures online were deceiving. "

"The property advertised walking distance from airport not so 12klms, walking distance to mall not so, had to use Three wheeler each way, walking distance to beach, didn't bother. Our taxi had big trouble finding this place there was no mention that it was in a complex Called Corinthians Subdivision, No number or the name on the building. The TV was not connected with aerial, I think the aircon needs regas, or replaced. But for the price I guess, I would rather pay extra and stay in something...
