"The hotel duty managers Simran, Anuj and Mohak are terrible with follow through and the hotel is terrible with communication or inconsistency in general. Do not expect 5 star service "

"Room was small and glass divider with manual shade like on window was not very good as light was still penetrating through it. Getting in and out of the facility is challenging due to busy intersection."

"If you are looking for a serene hotel with fabulous staff and clean surroundings in Mumbai then this is the hotel for you. It was the first time staying at a Taj hotel group hotel and all I can say is that if this hotel is anything to go by, I will be reappearing it. The room was clean, great breakfasts daily, and lovely facilities. I was even fortunate to use the spa facilities which were first class. I had Reduka do my nails and Angel a scrub and wrap and both were excellent. I wish I’d gone to the spa sooner as it’s so luxurious. The nicest part is that it’s a quiet, area away from the car horns and people. "

"The stay started off very well, staff were excellent, informative and check in was easy and smooth. The staff asked if we'd like drinks to our room and we had a nice hot tea and fresh orange juice. The room itself was fantastic, size was big, with all the amenities you can expect and more. Views from the front door of the room, overlook the pavillion restaurant on the lobby level, as we were on the 16th floor of the Towers. The biggest downside was that the room was a non-smoking room as required, however, during the evening and night, the AC vent felt like it was allowing smoke into the room from somewhere, and though it couldn't be seen, it was definitely smokey in the room. For an asthmatic and a toddler, this wasn't at all pleasant. My daughter was coughing through the night and I had to use my inhaler multiple times, spoiling our sleep. We had booked half-board and dinner service was excellent, food and staff were great. Breakfast was decent also, good options. "

"Breath taking Beautiful hotel. Check in staff super friendly and process was efficient. Rooms could do with better interior but comfortable bed. Restaurants are overpriced.I would return to the Lalit. "
