"I think my expectations were to high as I had heard great things about the hotel. This could be a semi recent issue however there is a large homeless population behind the property that leads to an unsafe feeling. I was traveling with a pet that needed to be walked in the evening/night and coming face to face with someone in crisis everytime was a bit unnerving. On property parking is very limited. If you drive a larger vehicle it will be a tight squeeze. If you are looking for a mellow peaceful stay this isn’t the place for you as there is party music throughout the location at most time. On the positive side the bed was comfortable and the property is cute. "

"The unicorn - a house with 6 bedrooms with kings (well, one with two queens). Plus a video room with a couple single beds. Fully stocked. Backyard big enough for flag football. Hot tub fits 6. Friggin awesome."

"We had a very comfortable stay for our family of four and small dog. The home is spacious and the open floor plan is great. Huge backyard! Nice neighbors too. The only reason we didn’t give it 5 stars is because the driveway is very steep so when it is snowing your car skids out going up and down the driveway, even with all season tires and shoveling snow. The neighbor recommended we park on the street. "

"The unit had several problems. The hot tub and BBQ did not work. The dishwasher leaked onto the floor. The owner took two weeks to replace the BBQ and never fixed the hot tub. These were principal reasons for renting this unit."
