"The location was great , the inconvenience is when the receptionist know I am going to stay for 12 days and just gave one paper roll at times , i need to sent a message if i need more look like you are begging gor that. At the end i went to shop and bought some paper roll the inconvenience and interrupt my day , same with the coffe capsules just 3 when I arrived no more loosing time to find it better with one machine 🙃 "

"Loved my stay here. The location was perfect and centrally located to everything Roma Norte has to offer. No matter which direction you walk, you’ll find amazing restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and great local spots to explore. Everything felt safe, vibrant, and within walking distance. It made experiencing Mexico City incredibly easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to stay in the heart of the action. The staff was also wonderful — very friendly, welcoming, and always accessible whenever I needed anything. Their hospitality really added to the overall experience. "Friendly staff and good food & bar choices; comfortable room. Didn’t use pool but looked clean and well maintained. Unfortunately located in a very noisy neighborhood during the overnight. "
