"First of all, Expedia has it advertised as 10 minute walk or 3 minutes from airport. Far from the truth. 17km and 35 minutes 3 tolls away. No sign anywhere on the building and very dark at night. Our Uber driver could not find it neither. We finally got out and asked. Everything is modernized. Had to find the Email to find passcodes to enter. Found a women once we entered and wanted to know how we got in. 20 minutes later and in my junk mail. The building is new, everything clean. Everything!...

"Having the ability to shop in the mall and it meet all my needs. The staff was accommodating and friendly. I was given the opportunity for a late checkout. Although there was a language barrier it did not prevent me from experiencing amazing customer service from the staff. They were always pleasant and helpful where necessary. Thanks for your service. "A unique experience for outdoor activities, including nature hikes, canopy trams, swimming, Nature exhibits, birds, animals and everything rainforest. The hotel rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. The food was fresh, tasty and plentiful, however, we found the buffet breakfast and lunch to be a bit pricey, if you are an older person with a small appetite like us. In our younger years, it would have been a good value proposition. We always enjoy our visits here and will return again. The staff are very friendly and helpful. For jungle activities, lightweight long pants and insect repellent are helpful. Amazing fauna can be appreciated up close."

"Review of Summit Rainforest & Golf Resort, Panama Overall, our experience at Summit Rainforest & Golf Resort in Panama was good, and the property itself is absolutely beautiful. The views are breathtaking, the grounds are peaceful, and we felt safe throughout our stay. There was a visible security presence, and we also saw police in and around the property, which added to our sense of comfort. My children enjoyed the pool, and we also enjoyed the butterfly tour, which was a lovely experience. However, we did experience some challenges at the beginning of our stay. Our first room had issues with the air conditioning, which would not stay on properly and seemed to cause a lot of condensation on the floor. We reported the issue, and although someone was sent to address it, the problem continued the following night. We also had difficulty getting assistance from the room because the telephone was not working, so we had to go downstairs to speak with the front desk directly. At one point, we were told that the issue may have been caused by the balcony door being opened, but we had not opened the balcony door at all. The hotel did offer to move us to another room, but when we viewed that room, we noticed what appeared to be a mold issue. Additionally, the closet light in that room would not turn off unless the breaker was turned off, which would have made it difficult to sleep in complete darkness. Because of those concerns, we"
