Underwhelmed.

There is no air-conditioning in the rooms, just a fan, even though air-conditioning is advertised. The property is very dated. Chipped finishings, old bathrooms, nobody bothers to help with luggage or hold the doors. The location is pretty good.

Air Conditioning did not work and when requested it be fixed, they just said they would make a report. Never got fixed and when asked about another room I was told that those air conditioners were most likely broke also. Front Desk staff was not friendly.

Best hotel deal in Celaya

All in all this hotel is one of the better values for a budget hotel in Celaya. The rooms were clean and service at the front desk was great. (English spoken here)Great location within easy walking distance to the downtown area. Hotel is older but updated and has a certain charm and ambiance about it. There is a cozy bar area to meet with friends over a cocktail or coffee. No fridge or coffee pot in room but this is a no frills hotel. The full breakfast at the hotel restaurant was very good and very reasonably priced. I will definitely stay there again on my next visit.

Un peu bruyant

Bon séjour, mais salle de bains donnant sur le boulevard avec beaucoup de bruit de circulation. Avec en bonus, le voisin qui met la musique à fond à 6h30 !

Agradable y céntrico

Muy bien hubicado y con un bar con música en vivo muy buena, limpio y los empleados muy amables pero en recepción no saben nada de turismo ni horarios de tours ni nada. Pero en el centro a 3 cuadras está la Secretaría de turismo y todo resuelto ... Muy agradable estancia y muy rico Buffet de desayunos de fin de semana.

El personal a pesar de que se esmeran por una excelente atencion, el hotel deja mucho que desear, los colchones terribles, se salen los resortes, las habitaciones con mucho ruido, el hotel huele a viejo, cobran como sin las condiciones estuvieran al 100%, tienen la misma tarifa que el Hotel ONE
