Great guy taking care of the breakfast area and breakfast was very good.Rooms were clean and fresh towels were great.Only bad thing was 1 elevator and elevator was slow.

The Front Desk Manager was very nice and understanding! Due to the snow storm arriving on Saturday, we had to change our traveling plan and leave on Friday (instead of Saturday). She worked with Expedia and let us have a full refund. The hotel and room are clean and new. The breakfast is good and with various good choices.

The rooms were very nice, our outlets weren’t working in our first room and they had no issues with moving us right away. Our room was very clean, the bathroom was beautiful and the AC worked great! It was a great location, close to everything we needed. The only reason I’m not giving it five stars was because the breakfast was less than okay - the eggs were watery and the sausage was dry and that was really all that was offered. The staff was super nice though, overall a great stay.

I had an excellent stay at the Fairfiels Inn in NE Cedar Rapids, IA. I plan to stay there again the next time I visit. The hotel is up to date and very clean. All of the staff are helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and quiet. There were many good selections for breakfast.

This hotel felt new. Our room was very large and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great- both scrambled and hard boiled eggs, turkey sausage, oatmeal that was HOT with 8 different toppings available. Pastries and fruit, waffles and GOOD coffee. I would definitely stay there again!!!

A good stay with some minor recommendations Very clean, that’s super important. The breakfast was great, lots of choices. Bed was comfy and the linens and toiletries were good quality. Location was perfect for our needs. Overall the hotel was quiet, except- when the doors to the rooms close, they really slam. Our room shook. And the housekeepers start pretty early and rather than just prop the door open, they go in SLAM, go out, SLAM - and back in… you get it. This issue could be resolved with a door stop.

I would stay here again

I don’t know what the previous are talking about. This Fairfield was clean, up to date, and had great service. Rooms felt new with plenty of out outlets, large flatscreen with streaming options. Gym had brand new equipment, compatible with Apple Watch. Breakfast was acceptable. Would like to see potato options. My only complaint was the air unit running all night, even after turning to OFF.
