Great hotel with wonderful staff and meals - buffet breakfast spread was amazing and dinner options were great too. Location was great, within short taxi ride to malls. It was a little busy as the hotel is right on Main Street, and there is always traffic in Cebu! The hotel facilities were good, with a gym and rooftop pool. Overall a great stay at the hotel, with comfortable rooms!

Even with all the lights turned on, the room felt a bit dim. Aside from the lighting, everything was excellent. There is a convenience store and a 24-hour Jollibee next to the hotel which is very convenient. The breakfast buffet was surprisingly good. Honestly better than expected for a 4-star hotel. The area in front of the hotel is extremely busy and traffic is always congested. It seemed particularly worse compared to other areas. If you plan to book a Grab, make sure to allow plenty of extra time.

We got the business suite. We were very happy with the value for the price. All the staff were extremely kind and helpful with anything we needed. The breakfast buffet was excellent. There was a little issue with a leak in the bathroom and the mini fridge wasn’t cold but overall the things that mattered the most were excellent. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The room was quiet from the city noise. The rooftop pool had a nice view and was a great place to lay out, have a drink and a quick cool down in the pool. The location was convenient as well. Very happy with our stay here. For folks reading this, please consider tipping ANYONE who helps you, even a little goes a long way. Please consider bringing a suitcase of goods to donate to a local charity or church.

It is not a modern hotel, but the rooms are kept clean and in good condition. The breakfast is great, with many healthy options as well. The staff service is 5 star for sure. One of the things that really caught my attention is that Filipino people are really respectful, cordial, hardworking and always have a smile ready for you despite the adversities, problems, and challenges they face. I highly recommend this hotel.
