The people are dishonest. I booked with them because the reservation said they offered free 24 hour shuttle service. The day prior to my check-in I called to arrange the airport pick up, to my surprise and demise the clerk said I had to pay €95 for the pickup alone and refused to honor their false advertisement. I had to book a hotel elsewhere, because this hotel is very far from the airport. I don’t recommend dishonesty. Also, to date they have refused to refund me my money.

Nice clean room. Rooms at the highways are noisy, need to change the room to other side. Water temperature in showwer changes a lot. Breakfast always the same plate, coffee very bad.

Fiyat performans oranı minimum düzeyin de altındaydı.Çalışanlar kibar olmasına rağmen maalesef hizmet verdikleri otel standardı oldukça düşük. Üstelik benden kaynaklanmayan yanlış anlaşılmanın bedelini de ek ücret olarak bana yansıttılar ve yaptıgım rezervasyona ek ücret ödedim. We were there for business and the location is in the industrial area which was convenient for us. The first room we got was super small, you could barely walk. The we asked for a bigger room. The hotel was kind enough to arrange a bigger room for 2 people. When we were checking out, the hotel asked us to pay for the nights we stayed at; however, we already made the payment upon making reservation thru hotels.com. The hotel told us that they didn't receive any payment from Expedia so the staff asked us to pay them. We refused but we still left our credit card number as guarantee and told them to contact Expedia immediately regarding payment. Not sure if the hotel is new to cooperate for hotels.com or there's communication problem between hotel and Expedia. It was an uncomfortable situation to ask us to pay for the hotel again.
