De maneira geral um bom hotel. Infelizmente quando chegamos o quarto reservado nao estava de acordo com o solicitado. Ainda apos a troca de quarto a cama de casal oferecida se tratava de dois colchoes de solteiro colocados um ao lado do outro.

As instalações de quarto são confortáveis (banheiro, roupa de cama apresentavam-se limpo - entretanto as cortinas estavam pouco em desacordo estavam bem sujas), o que deixava um aspecto meio desagradável ao ambiente o atendimento é agradável, porem o estacionamento pelo que observei já não estava suportando a sua demanda.

Hotel frustrante.

Minha estadia foi boa mas as condições do hotel não eram boas. Mobilia antiga, blackout furado, teto do banheiro descascando. Mas a grande decepção foi com o café da manhã. Buffet extremamente limitado, poucos tipos de pães, suco de laranja industrializado, leite somente desnatado. Enfim, extremamente frustrado com o café da manhã. O ponto alto do hotel é a simpatia e educação dos colaboradores.

Possible room for improvement.

Overall condition of the room could do with modernising and cleaning (mould in bathroom). For a short stay it could be okay, but I wouldn’t like to use for an extended stay

Uma noite.

Bom dia , fiquei uma noite no hotel e fui muito bem atendido e recepcionado, de modo geral um hotel de primeira qualidade porém , acredito que para mim e no quarto que fiquei não foi muito agradável : o colchão muito macio que me ocasionou dores lombares, o ar condicionado mal posicionado, e o seu direcionamento de ar vai direto no rosto do hóspede e causa grande desconforto. Fora isso que acredito será sanado, o hotel é muito bom, estão de parabéns pela organização e limpeza. Att, DIVALDO RODRIGUES
