Old historic motel in the heart of beautiful Cave Spring Georgia. This motel started out as a hospital with rooms added for patient families. The Timbers are at least two feet square and sits on the bank of Cave Creek. It’s a very short walk to the Cave Spring and the purest spring water in the state and COLD. Some of the best antique stores, restaurants and an ice cream parlor.

The whole experience was terrible, we didnt stay. That place needs to be shut down until they clean it up. Mold on the tables, carpet was filthy, beds were horrible, stunk really bad, service was rude and so on.

Dated, tired and not kept up well. Carpets should have been replaced a few years ago. Internet connection non-existent. The low price and polite staff made stay acceptable. I would not stay here again if nothing changed.

Extremely poor conditions. Cigarette burns on sheets furniture wall plugs coming off the walls bathroom floor colasping vent in bathroom had gloves packed in it. Photos were extremely old not showing true conditions people livi gg in the rooms. Needs to be torn down.

I honestly hate to give this review because they were such nice people but the room just wasn't suitable for the price, even though it's a cheaper hotel. Everything was really outdated and needs a remodel. Room smelled like chemicals, like nail polish remover or something. Carpet was scraps pieced together, though the carpet did look clean. We didn't stay and they did give us our refund and were very nice people. I hope they will be able to upgrade things. As we left they were saying they accidentally put us in the wrong room that hadn't been serviced yet but cleanliness wasn't the main issue, they just really need newer, more comfortable furniture and flooring, a fresh coat of paint maybe.

2nd worst hotel room i have ever stayed in

Room didn't appear to be too awfully dirty but the ceiling had been leaking at some point . The sheetrock had started falling around the makeshift closet

Very nice place to relax and enjoy small town. Next to park and a stream. Good Mexican restaurant near by. Friendly staff. Good cable lineup. Small kitchenette. Cozy room.

It's a nice place. No doudte the rooms have some age but good place for a one light town. Staff was awesome.

Worn out and old

Everything about the motel was old and run down. Stains on the carpet, chairs , bedspread. The towels literally left lint all over us. Fridge and microwave were unplugged upon arrival, but did work once plugged in.Less than half a roll of toilet tissue in bathroom. NO SMOKE DETECTOR! The TV never worked, searched for signal all night. Luckily the sheets were clean. We were attending a local bike rally which offered primative camping, and this was at least a step up from that. Cave Springs is a lovely town and I had the best steak ever at Linda Marie's! If you just need a place to sleep, this is just that. Staff seemed not to know we had booked online and charged a $5 key deposit.

Awful!

The room was awful! There was half a roll of toilet paper, the sheets were dirty and stained, the bathroom was nasty. It looked like the room had not been cleaned in weeks. Disgusting.
