Ich werde nochmals hingehen & Ferien machen. Der Strand war super, leider werden die Zimmer nicht gut gereinigt. Die Tücher stinken extrem und das Laken war auch nicht gut, es hat jeden Abend gejuckt.. Das Personal war extrem lieb & hilfsbereit.

assolutamente da evitare

una vacanza da dimenticare. all'arrivo troviamo l'app sporco nonostante fossimo arrivati alle 12.00 la reception non ci consegna l'app in quanto a suo dire era ancora da pulire. torniamo alle 15 ci cponsegnano le chiavi ed entrando si nota subito che era un appartamento chiuso da anni e senza pulire ma solo con letti fatti di recente. cucina sporca con pentolame arrugginito sbagno con wc x invalidi con rubinetteria indecifrabile. mi sono dovuto pulire da me i filtri dei cond tanto che erano intasati da nn raffreddare emanando un odore sgradevole. una settimana di vacanza da dimenticare,ogni sera almeno x 4 ore mancanza di energia elettrica. per finire il venerdi tutta la giornata senza corrente elettrica. non lho consiglio neanche al mio peggior nemico.

Die Appartemente sind zweckmässig, die Sauberkeit lässt allerdings zu wünschen übrig. Die Lage ist sowie der Strand des Hotels ist optimal, dies lässt auch verschiedene Ausflüge in das nahe gelegene Catania oder auf den Ätna zu.

Cette résidence, n'est pas aux standards Européens ou Nord Américains. Cet endroit est malpropre et en très mauvaises conditions. Pas d'eau chaude, manque de peinture, de réparations et de ménage. La plage est propre et l'eau est superbement claire. C'est dommage car l'endroit devait-être très beau dans les années soixante.

Une nuit passée dans cet hôtel grande chambre propre personnel accueillant. Mauvais point: chambre à côté de la réception très bruyante et rien autour de l hôtel. Parfait pour étape d une nuit.

Nur für Strand-Fans und Selbstversorger.

Strand superschön und dicht am Hotel (2 Minuten). Lage ansonsten sehr enttäuschend, keine Restaurants, Bars etc. in der Nähe. Busverbindungen sehr schlecht. Man sollte ein Auto dabei haben. Hotel an sich von der Ausstattung okay. Frühstück ist ausbaufähig, war etwas lieblos.

Soggiorno costa del sol - appartamenti

Appartamento non pulito e completamente da ristrutturare (maniglie delle porte e dei mobili rotte), privo di stoviglie, il divano letto era per una persona (malgrado la prenotazione x 4 adulti, un letto matrimoniale e due posti letto). Abbiamo trovato il terrazzino sporco con le sedie e tavolo inutilizzabili e neanche una scopa per poter pulire!!! La colazione scarsa (il latte del cappuccino veniva montato con lo stantuffo e il caffè in cialde, e non avevano limoni per servire il tè). Il ristorante della struttura ci ha servito la prima sera patatine fritte con lo zucchero e il giorno seguente la pasta salatissima (hanno versato due volte il sale), il caffè nuovamente servito in bicchierini di plastica e in cialde. Ogni qualvolta dovevamo recarci a chiedere alla reception le cose che mancavano (scopa, uno stendino per appoggiare le asciugamani..) L'unica nota positiva era la vicinanza del mare e la cortesia del personale alla reception.

NON ci tornenò!

I servizi presentati sul sito non ci sono (il minimarket è praticamente inesistente e sempre chiuso; l'animazione, in una settimana di soggiorno, c'è stata solo 4 ore di mercoledì pomeriggio; il noleggio biciclette è costituito da 4 bici vecchie, sporche, arruginite e con le gomme a terra). Le condizioni delle stanze non sono ottimali (sia per quanto riguarda le pareti, che riguardo ai mobili ed alle prese della corrente e telefoniche, spesso rotte e con i fili scoperti). Le signore che ci lavorano (alla reception e le addette alle camere) sono comunque molto gentili, educate, disponibili e sempre sorridenti.

needs a tidy up

Nice little apartment. The bathroom was mouldy, the toilet leaked and the walls were paper thin. But, it was a stones throw to the beach and it was a nice little quiet area. Although, requiring a car to get to the city centre or any supermarkets.

Aktiivisille ihmisille.

Asuimme hotellin residence-puolella huoneistossa emmekä käyttäneet varsinaisia hotellin palveluita. Hotellin henkilökunta oli ystävällinen ja vastaanotto lämmin. Huoneisto oli nippa nappa riittävän kokoinen paljon ulkona viihtyvän nelihenkisen perheen viikon asumiseen. Olohuoneeseen ei jäänyt ruokapöydän ympärille paljoa ylimääräistä tilaa, kun molemmat sohvat oli avattu sängyiksi. Telkkari on tosi pieni ja sieltä näkyy vain Italian kanavat. Keittiön varustetaso riitti yksinkertaiseen kokkaukseen. Kylppärissä vain suihku, josta tuli aina riittävästi lämmintä vettä. Vessapaperia ei suositella tiputettavaksi pönttöön, vaan viereiseen roskikseen. Ranta on tosi lähellä ja se soveltuu hyvin myös pienille lapsille. Kovemmalla tuulella pitää varoa aaltojen takaisinvirtausta. Rannalla on jonkin verran roskaa ja vedessä meduusoja, joten uimakengät on hyvä pitää koko ajan jalassa. Rannalta näkee hyvin Etnan. Rannalta on aamulla helppo tarkistaa Etnaa ympäröivä pilvitilanne, kun valitsee retkipäivää. Hotellin ympäristö on Sisilialle tyypilliseen tapaan hyvin roskainen. Hotellilta ajaa noin varttitunnissa ostoskeskukseen (Porte di Catania) ruokaostoksille. Kaiken kaikkiaan perusasumista pienessä huoneistossa ok hinta-laatusuhteella varsinkin hiekkarannan läheisyys huomioiden. Sijainti aika syrjäinen, joten auto välttämätön.

4 jours dans la region de Catane

Cette résidence située au sud de Catania peut être une très bonne solution pour ceux qui veulent profiter de la plage. L'environnement laisse cependant à désirer, comme bien souvent en Sicile. Les appartements sont très bien, spacieux, bien équipés . Le personnel est très disponible. Le parking et l'ensemble sont très sûrs. Enfin les tarifs sont très convenables en septembre.

Hotel excelente para las vacaciones en Sicilia

Fuimos 3 amigas a pasar una semana a Catania. El personal del hotel muy amable y nos ayudaron en todo, encantadoras. Las habitaciones amplias, el desayuno y comidas muy buenos y el hotel con todas las comodidades. El taxi hasta alli 35€ desde el aeropuerto de Catania. Recomendable alquilar coche. Parada de bus cerca. Totalmente recomendado!

Tres bon emplacement mais peu confortable

L’hôtel est à 2 pas de la plage, un emplacement idéal, mais le confort laissait à désirer: la clim ne marchait pas dans la chambre, et ne pouvait être réparée que le lundi. Comme nous sommes arrivés le vendredi soir et repartis le dimanche matin, nous avons passé 2 nuits dans une chaleur étouffante. De plus la deuxième nuit le centre de vacances jouxtant l’hôtel devait organiser une soirée arrosée, nous n'avons pas pu dormir à cause des cris, des chants et des claquements de porte.

Negatív: A környék egy valaha virágzó tengerpart emlékeit idézi, de csak emlékeit! Bezárt autósmozi, szolgáltatóhelyeket nagyítóval kellett keresni. Maga a tengerpart kielégítő de, nincs rajta szolgáltatás, minden kihalt, néha kinyit egy két büfé de ritkán. Boltok: egy km-es körzetben csak 3 db-ot találtunk. A legnagyobb problémát az áthallásos falak jelentik, melyeken még a vízcsap szomszéd szobában lévő kinyitása is azt eredményezi, hogy olyan zaj keletkezik, hogy leesik az ember az ágyról, emellett nekünk még szerencsénk sem volt mivel a szomszéd szobában orosz kisgyerekes anyuka két gyerekkel nyaralt, plusz szülei és néha a férje. Csecsemő üvöltés alapból kiszámíthatatlan időpontokban éjjel és nappal.Érkezésünkkor szárnyas hangya hadsereg fogadott a szobánkban de ezt hamar megoldották. Pozitív: A személyzet mindent elkövet, hogy jól érezzük magunkat segítőkészek és kedvesek voltak.

Servizi ok, comfort acustico pessimo

Dopo aver attraversato superato i controlli ai cancelli di ingresso, siamo stati accolti in modo molto professionale e gentile. Il mini appartamento era pulito e ben arredato. La struttura è a pochi passi dal mare, è molto frequentata dai Russi ed è super controllata (evidentemente nella zona di Catania è necessaria tutta questa sicurezza). La mattina dopo ci siamo accorti dell'assoluta assenza di insonorizzazione degli appartamenti. Alle 4.50 i Russi di sinistra si sono alzati e fino alle 6.00 abbiamo sentito rimbombare tutto. Alle 6.00 si è alzato il Russo di destra, che aveva una brutta tosse e ci sembrava ci stesse morendo al nostro fianco. Il giorno seguente abbiamo fatto presente che il nostro volo era per la sera, e il personale ci ha permesso di stare in stanza fino al primo pomeriggio.

Perfect Beach location

Only a short stay, but very nice. 50m from a stunning beach ! Staff great. Food only ok. Appt comfortable and clean.

Отличное место для отдыха с детьми!

Приезжаю в Косту уже второй раз. Первый раз были там с 9месячным ребенком. В этом году ребенку было уже 2 года. Останавливались в апартаментах, но есть и обычные гостиничные номера с обедами и ужинами. Мне нравится готовить самому и самому покупать местные товары. До моря метров 100, отличный песчаный пляж и неглубокий заход в начале. Персонал дружелюбный, много русскоговорящих сотрудников. Любой вопрос решается очень быстро: от туалетной бумаги, до билетов на автобус и ориентации на местности. В основном все посетители с детьми, для апартаментов это закономерность) . Два раза в неделю анимация для детей и взрослых, раз в неделю бесплатная дегустация вин и сицилийских сладостей.

Ottima sistemazione a pochi passi dal mare

Il residence è facilmente raggiungibile arrivando da qualsiasi direzione. Comodo nella posizione, a pochi chilometri da Catania. Vicinissimo alla spiaggia, confortevole e tranquillo. Gli appartamenti del residence sono ben arredati, completi di tutto e molto funzionali. Nella parte esterna, comune ai vari alloggi, ci sono i posti auto e due barbecue a disposizione dei clienti. Il personale della struttura è gentile, in particolare la ragazza alla Reception, molto affabile e premurosa. consigliato sia a coppie che a famiglie complete.

Person sehr bemüht und nett

Leider erfüllte der Nassbereich (Bad) nicht unsere Erwartungen. Im Bad war ständig eine penetranter Geruch, weil der Waschtisch über keine Geruchsbremse im Abfluss verfügte. Die Küche verfügte über keinen Geschirrspüler und die Couch in der ist 2 Kindern als Bett nicht wirklich zumutbar.

Nice hotel on the beach.

Working vacation went well wih wife and four children in room. A little cramped, but two foldout couches and the seperate bedroom were just big enough. The room is actually a small apartment style with kitchen (though no microwave), and bathroom with shower only. Located on the beach, walk straight from front door down a small wooded path to sandy beach within a minute. Staff was excellent, professional, and friendly. Facilities: Driveway into the hotel compound was a little tight for our vehicle and the plants placed on the driveway outside the office door, caused it to be even tighter to transit in and out, also having to manually open and close the gates took away from the experience a little but still very nice hotel for the price. Also recommend the hotel add another TV for the living room/dining room. Only one small TV in the room was in the bedroom. Wasn't a big deal as we happened to bring a small TV with us for the kids.

Отличный вариант для отдыха с детьми.

Хорошее расположение относительно моря. Русскоговорящая администратор Наталья. В шаговой доступности магазин со всем необходимым, едой и напитками. Дружелюбный персонал. Кухня в каждом домике, площадка перед домиком для отдыха и еды. Отдыхали с 9-месячным ребенком, все очень понравилось.
