Did not like ground floor rooms, no view, no air, no paint on walls or carpet on floor, thin walls, very noisy 😞 Higher floor had better views and were more spacious. Restaurants had little choice, having run out of most choices we made.

This hotel was great. Booked a suite and they upgraded us no extra charge. We asked to stay another night - to which they happily let us and we stayed in our upgraded suite. Amazing pool.. amazing hot tub. If we are ever back in Chile we will come here again. 10/10. Breakfast was amazing. View was amazing. Great hotel!

One of the nicest hotels in that area. Very friendly staff. There was a construction going on upstairs and they started working on 7.10AM , that was the only negative thing for this hotel!

Great views from the hot tub!

Everything was nice. Clean rooms and helpful staff. The spa is one of the reasons i stay at this property- although the steam was was not operational. I stayed there again a week afyer and it still was not functional. Overall a great stay.

Amazing view, great food, friendly staff. Unfortunately the path to the grounds below the hotel was in disrepair and not accessible, and a few things seemed like they hadn't been updated or repaired recently. Overall a great experience, but a bit rough around the edges.

Our assigned room 210 had a problem with the spa pipes and made it unbearably hot. In addition the window was sealed so it could not be opened. This should have been fixed before assigning this room to any guest. In general it somehow represents a certain malaise in maintenance throughout the hotel. It seems a bit tired and needs upkeep. However, the location is wonderful and service is very good.

détente après randonnées. Hôtel situé à l'arrière d'une salle de jeux, Casino. "ENJOY Chiloé" conception architecturale originale. Les couloirs d'accès aux chambres sont peints en gris anthracite, trés sombre et le sol peinture noire laquée, donnent l'aspect d'un parking. chambre confortable avec des rideaux noires petite fenêtre pour la notre ( chambre standard) au niveau zéro. restaurant avec vue sur le canal, au plein mer. Piscine agréable. Cause de pluie , nous n'avons pas profité des Jaccuzzi . Avec le soleil, cela doit être encore plus agréable. Salons trés séduisants.

Nos quedamos una noche junto a nuestro hijo de un año… disfruto de las piscinas, jacuzzi y tinajas. Desayuno muy variado. La calefacción o aire acondicionado sonaba extraño y pasamos frío. Mejoraría la limpieza más profunda, pudimos encontrar algunas telarañas en rincones. Las tinajas deben ser reservadas y las personas no respetan el horario y el personal tampoco se preocupa de que las personas se retiren cuando ya es la hora. Además, personas se metian sin reservar. El segundo día quedamos sin tinaja a pesar de haber reservado y no había nadie en recepción.

Muy mala experiencia en Enjoy castro. Primero llegué a una habitación extremadamente oscura ( ni con todas las lámparas encendidas subía la luz ) Pedí cambio de habitación( pagando la diferencia que no era menor ) Al lllegar a la segunda habitación, me doy cuenta que el frigobar no funciona, el teléfono para llamar a la recepción tampoco. En la pieza hacía mucho calor, cuando intento abrir la ventana, me doy cuenta que está bloqueada. Yo fui con mi mamá de 71 años para que descansara. Habían puesto una máquina de aire acondicionado, que sonaba muchísimo y era imposible dormir con ella encendida por el ruido. A la mañana siguiente el termómetro de la habitación, marcaba 29.6. Pedí retirarme una noche antes y no me autorizaron la devolución de mi dinero ( por haber hecho la transacción por acá ) lo único q me daban era un nuevo cambio de pieza ( mi mamá haciendo maletas una vez más. Y acarreando cosas por los pasillos ) Una muy mala experiencia, cero descanso.

La atención es buena. Me acomodaron en otra habitación, porque la que había reservado no estaba en buen estado. Pasillo frío, no funcionaba equipo de calefacción central, sólo aire acondicionado, el frío se colaba por la puerta. La nueva habitación tenía la temperatura ideal y muy buena vista. Pero se puede observar que no hay una buena mantención, ducha con sellos rotos y de diferentes tipos, con hongos y un sector cerca de la ventana con gotera. Las habitaciones no están aisladas y se escuchan los ruidos de los vecinos.

Exigo reembolso. pésima experiencia pieza infima

Pésima experiencia, impresentable todo lo que nos ocurrió para pagar más de 300 US por 1 habitación de 18 m2 en un hotel de 5 estrellas. Muy por debajo de las expectativas. La pieza muy chica para el alto valor. tv mala. me cambiaron a una pieza igual de pequeña y el aire acondicionado no funcionaba. De 3 tinajas solo 1 funcionaba, tuvimos que esperar 2 horas para que se desocupara. El desayuno pésimo, no había ninguna bollería o pastelería a la altura, solo galletas de champaña ordinarias y duras, por lo que no comi nada ya que no como nada salado al desayuno. Los baños del hotel sucios y con papel toilette en wc. Las paredes de los pasillos con baldes por las goteras.

Bien, pero esperaba algo mejor

Tenía mayores expectativas con este hotel por los buenos comentarios que leí, pero me decepcionó los detalles, como que el WC tiene una puerta ligera de vidrio con ninguna privacidad, y hay un mueble que no es ni cama ni sofá justo frente al ventanal que interrumpe el tránsito y la vista, nunca supe cual era la función de ese mueble. Hay dos equipos enormes de calefacción dentro de la habitación, que ocupan mucho espacio. No había batas ni pantuflas en la habitación a la llegada, que tuve que ir a pedir al spa, sólo una botella pequeña de agua para dos personas en la habitación que nunca repusieron. Lo positivo fue la gran vista, lo lindo del entorno, la vista desde el restaurante, las agradables tinajas calientes en el exterior. Personal muy atento en rececpión, Spa y en sevicios, aunque faltaba personal en el restaurante, desayuno Ok.
