Estadia muito agradável, tranquila, confortável! Equipe atenciosa, prestativa eficiente. Se um dia eu voltar em Castro, ficarei neste hotel novamente! A localização é perfeita, próximo a pontos turísticos, museus e restaurantes. Único ponto que deixou um pouco a desejar, foi o café da manhã, pois considerando estar na capital do leite, poderia ter mais produtos à base de leite, com variedades de queijos, coalhada, doces de leite etc, mas ainda assim, o café da manhã era bom!

O hotel é muito aconchegante e silencioso, embora localizado bem no centro da cidade. Os quartos foram reformados e os banheiros são modernos, contrastando com o estilo antigo do prédio. O café da manhã é bom e o atendimento dos funcionários excelente!!
