si prevedeva il pernottamento all' hotel Alceste, all'arrivo abbiamo trovato un cartello che indicava di rivolgersi alla reception dell'hotel Admeto. L'upgrade è stato effettuato gratuitamente visto che la struttura (hotel Admeto) era di categoria superiore. Camera spaziosa, servizi un pò insufficienti, dosatore doccia shampoo presente nel box doccia, ma vuoto. Set di contesia posizionato sotto il lavandino del bagno. Il resto Ok. Abbiamo usufruito anche del parcheggio in garage gratuito. Colazione, speravo in qualche cosa di tipico, invece la colazione era tradizionale europea.

a parte la puzza in tutta la zona dovuta alle alghe della spiaggia messe al sole, in putrefazione, impossibile dormire sonni tranquilli a causa degli scarichi degli sciacquoni delle camere adiacenti e superiori. Praticamente li hai dentro le orecchie e ti svegli di notte con quel rumore molto fastidioso. Ed ancora, impossibile uscire magari andare fuori dall'hotel e lasciare a caricare la batteria scarica di un telefono o un computer. La chiave elettronica a scheda fà staccare la luce all'interno della stanza, praticamente black-out. Ma dico io, una sola presa potevano farla funzionare, che senso ha prenotare un 4 stelle per poi avere detto trattamento. Per il resto, colazioni ottime, personale anche, gentili e cordiali, pulizia ottima. Fate qualcosa, siete a Selinunte, non in una zona qualsiasi.

Hotel Alceste

The hotel staff was great as the check-in process went quickly and we were allowed into our room early as we arrived at 10:30. The room had a good bed and good air conditioning and for the economical price it was nice. It’s very close to the archaeological site which was the reason for our visit. You can walk to the beach and cafes in 5 minutes. We had a full buffet breakfast across the street at their sister property, Hotel Ademo. For a one night quick stay it was perfect

In sintesi, ho trovato attrezzature guaste (wc che non scaricava: nauseante) e, nonostante la segnalazione, nessun intervento da parte degli addetti. Un micro televisore antidiluviano non funzionante e senza telecomando: quando ho segnalato questo sono stato persino messo in discussione dalla receptionist ("...mi sembra molto strano"...) e comunque non hanno provveduto a fornirlo.

Discreto hotel con un buon rapporto qualità prezzo

Ho soggiornato 2 notti in questo hotel con mia moglie, la struttura soffre un po gli anni sulle spalle ma ha un buon rapporto qualità prezzo, la mia camera la n. 36 era buona, il bagno ristrutturato (a differenza di altre camere), tv lcd, letto matrimoniale più un letto singolo. Personale gentile e disponibile, ottimo per soggiornare a Marinella di Selinunte, nota dolente, la colazione (fatta nel vicino hotel Admeto che ha 1 stella in più) non era un gran chè, torte di scarsa qualità, mancanza di bustine di thè (alquanto assurdo per un 4 stelle) ma presenza di camomille e tisana (ottime per partire sprint a mattinata :) ovviamente scherzo ), giovani ragazzi camerieri a cui dovrebbe essere fatto un breve corso. Parcheggio piccolo.

No service!

Another stay with no service! What is it about change I asked for change for a €50 / 2- €20's and a € 10 the girl went to look if they had it and be for she could look the owner sad no! Do they not have business banking? The other thing I asked for was to see the menu for there restaurant it was not open until a little later, she sad no. It was on the same floor about 10 meters away. The whole time I was there they were ting to get me to eat at the restaurant, I said NO and ate at other restaurants!

Hôtel à conseiller pour un séjour tranquille »

Séjour très agréable. Hôtel avec du personnel compétant et sympathique. Repas à l hôtel Admeto plus que parfait. Petit déjeuner complet. Possibilité de le prendre àl hôtel Admeto pour profiter de la vue panoramique. Navette pour rejoindre la plage toute proche.

Beaucoup de bruit

Soirée très bruyante jusqu'à minuit. La musique était très forte. Petit déjeuner très médiocre avec pâtisseries industrielles. Seul intérêt : la proximité de la plage et du site archéologique.

Hôtel bien positionné dans une zone calme

Le personnel de l'hôtel était très cordial et sympa. L'emplacement est calme et tout était fonctionnant dans la chambre, dommage qu'il n'y avait pas de frigo. L'ascenseur devrait être renouvelé car il n'inspire pas de confiance. C'est dommage que le petit déjeuner a été presque toujours le même pour toute notre séjour. Néanmoins, la superbe vue sur la mer le matin faisait oublier cet inconvénient. Il n'y avait pas de problème de parking pour les voitures aux alentours de l'hôtel (l'hôtel même possède un petit parking). Une navette gratuite pour aller à la mer était disponible plusieurs fois par jour. Le service de nettoyage est impeccable. Le rapport qualité prix est excellent.

Actually stayed in Admeto, same owner. I've stayed there many times, am quite happy with it! Alceste is great too.

Disappointing stay in a B&B posing as a hotel

Overall this Hotel was a disappointing. In reality it was closed as the only facility open was a reception. Breakfast was taken at a neighbouring hotel and the much vaunted restaurant was not functioning. To cap it all the room was dark and airless. The price was discounted but not sufficiently to make up for the shortcomings

L'edificio non è recentissimo di conseguenza le camere poco confortevoli, sopratutto la doccia troppo piccola,ma gradita la buona pulizia che non sempre si trova, Abbiamo soggiornato a fine agosto con formula 1/2 pensione, potevamo scegliere se pranzo o cena e veniva servita nell'altro hotel di loro propietà (vicinissimo),la nostra prima cena è stata molto deludente (un fritto misto così unto e molliccio non andrebbe servito, poi é migliorato un pochino, ma abbiam scelto di annullare le cene anche se pagate in anticipo con questo portale. Non potevo essere stata in Sicilia ed aver mangiato male, In paese ci sono molti ristoranti dove si mangia benissimo a costi moderati. Colazione molto standard.peccato che non ci fosse un cappuccio o un espresso tipico italiano che tanto ci invidiano all'estero! Premetto: viaggio spesso e anche all'estero, e lavoro in campo ristorativo/ricettivo da 20 anni.
