Un bon lloc per visitar la zona

Apartament situat a prop de Castelsardo, però poc accesible a peu al centre ja que s'ha de fer un tram per la carretera molt poc segur. Ideal per visitar tota la zona nord de Sardenya, on la tranquil·litat es molt alta. No disposa d'aire condicionat, però hi ha ventiladors per refrigerar la vivenda. A les instal·lacions els hi faria falta una posta al dia, TV en particular. Habitacions i espais amplis, s'agraeix molt la terrassa frontal per fer-hi els àpats. El tracte per part de la propietat excel·lent.

Petit village typique

Première impression en arrivant une balancelle toute déchirer en très mauvaise état sur la terrasse moi qui voulais faire une jolie surprise au enfants ça été raté, plusieurs poubelles sur la terrasse a côté de la table de repas, (pas terribles), la literie très vétuste ainsi que les luminaires des chambres aucun ne fonctionnait, n'y wifi n'y TV non plus . Dommage car il y a tout pour que se soit un beau petit lieux agréable avec ses deux terrasses.

Schöne Ferienwohnung, ideal für 4 Personen. Stadmitte in ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen...Meer in ca. 5 Auto Minuten.

Logement très bien placé dans un village magnifique de Sardaigne.Pour info : pas de wifi et télévision obsolète. Mais avec tout ce qu’il y a à voir et à faire c’est sans importance !!

La location est idéalement située dans un village magnifique. Une plage accessible facilement à pied,les commerces à proximité. L'hôte est très disponible. L'appartement est très agréable.

Schöne und gemütliche Ferienwohnung

Wir waren zwei Wochen dort und haben alles so vorgefunden, wie es beschrieben war. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und es war alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die zentrale Lage der Wohnung (fußläufig c.a. 10 Minuten nach Castelsardo und zum Strand). Auch der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr gut, der jederzeit zu erreichen war! Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub, gerne wieder einmal!

Casa accogliente e posizione comoda

Casa molto carina ed accogliente, ci si sente a casa propria. Posizione molto comoda che permette di raggiungere la spiaggia di Castelsardo ed il centro anche a piedi. Zona tranquilla. Proprietario sempre disponibile ad ogni richiesta.

Tolle Wohnumg

Wir haben uns in dee Wohnung gleich wohlgefühlt. In der Küche wurde das sofa und der Kühlschrank erneuert,sowie die Wände neu geatrichen. Man konnte problemlos zu Fuß einkaufen gehen oder abends zum Essen nach Castelsardo laufen. Wenn es nach unserer Tocvter geht müssen wir jetzt jeden Urlaub hir verbringen..

Bel appartement, bien situé, propre et calme. La wifi serait un plus et surtout des instructions claires, nettes et précises concernant la gestion des poubelles: quoi sortir ? quand ? où les mettre ? car c'est un véritable casse-tête. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, neuf sur dix.
